I came in today to quickly look for a gift idea for my mother. I came in 10 min before closing but I figured I would be OK to just peruse. Well immediately upon walking in a woman told me that they closed at 5 to which I said I saw that on the door and understood. I started to look around at some Christmas items in the front and as I was about 3 min in, another person came up to me and said we close in 5 minutes and was pretty snippy about it. At this point I decided I was absolutely done with this place. I said I guess I'll just come back then if you guys don't want me to shop. She said ok. I've never been treated so rudely and honestly I will never go back. I know they want to go home but there are nicer ways to talk to people and I certainly did not deserve that treatment since i was kind to them. I'll give my money to companies that have better customer service.

After receiving a birthday card saying 20% off entire purchase, i went to shop at Holly's Hallmark Shop. After i was done shopping the cashier told me the 20% off did not include chocolate candy or sale merchandise. It should have been printed right on the card that the 20% excluded chocolate candy and sale merchandise. I was very disappointed. I was a good customer but will not be going back to Holly's Hallmark Shop.

Needed a Wendell August Forge item for a work gift. I called and the lady that answered told me they had several of what I was looking for in stock. When I got there, I was surprised by the large selection. The store was organized and clean. Both ladies working were extremely friendly. Will return!

I visited this location on 4/6/23. Second time here, second time very disappointed in the customer service. This particular visit, the two women cashiers were unhelpful when I needed assistance and condescending. Sad because I love Hallmark and this is the only one nearby. They should replace this store with something that benefits the community and it’s people

Hollys Hallmark in White Oak is what I call my Happy Place. Customer service is excellent here, as a matter of fact I'm on my way there now.

I always find the nicest things at this location. Once I called looking for something and the lady went and found it, and she put it away for me till I got there. The ladles are always so Nice!!!

It's nice to shop here they have a lot to choose from. They don't watch you like you're going to steal something but I like that they're around in case you have questions. A bit pricey but you can find items on sale & items very specific to what you need. I'd recommend them for special gifts.
