I spent about three hours with Zeph and his team today. I went in to find a new business suit, and had the most fun trying things on than I have in a long time. Zeph wasn’t satisfied until we found exactly the right suit. Every time I turned around I was handed something else to try on - who knew that there are so many details to pay attention to when considering form and fit? Once we found the right suit, I spent time with their on-site tailor, Gloria, who meticulously went through the alteration details to fine-tune the final form. The customer service was top notch. I’m pretty sure every team member in the store stopped to ask if I needed help at one point or another. Thank you Zeph! I had a blast, and found a great suit.

After a strong finish to the week from work, I decided to treat myself to a new outfit before going out and hanging with a friend. I’ve never shopped for myself at this store before and was excited to spend a pretty penny on myself. I arrived around 8 o’clock and started browsing and after about 15 minutes they turned off the music. It was weird walking around browsing in silence. The fitting room was very dirty, you could see dust on the carpet bordering the outside area near the cubicle walls appearing like some type of dust web or fog.
I wasn’t able to pay with cash because they already counted the drawers at 8:50 or so but the manager was so ready to leave. They try to leave AT 9. She was already changed into her Nike sneakers and tank top before the store even closed. I felt that was pretty unprofessional, but hey. It was a Saturday night, not sure what to expect. Might try the other store off of Quaker.

My husband was standing up in a wedding and got his rental for here. Worst decision ever. First time we went to pick up his suit jacket and vest didn’t fit. Came back the second time. DAY OF WEDDING. They told us to be there at 10 am and we would receive the correct sizing. THEY DIDNT ORDER THE JACKET. Just vest. Just completely upset that we don’t live in town and they made us come back twice without any sort of discount making us rush on wedding more. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Everytime from fitting and going to pick up twice it’s another associate blaming another associate. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know. If I could leave zero stars i would.
