Upset customer here. I booked a session for my daughter about 6 weeks in advance. I planned out the hair makes up around the photo shoot. I got a confirmation email almost immediately then heard nothing. I reached out 3 days prior to the booking to see if anyone was going to reach out to me to figure out theme. I called and emailed, no answer. But I got a text confirming the. Minutes later, I get a text asking to reschedule for later or earlier which I could not. Very disappointing. Won’t reach out to this person again.

The team's professionalism is unmatched! I sent Joe the itinerary and paired him with one of my colleagues a day ahead, to help him easily navigate our large building for the photo/video ops. He and his team captured amazing photos/videos of all the top leaders and team members throughout their time onsite.

My first time shooting with Foto Finesse was nothing short of amazing. The studio space was comfortable, warm, inviting and i was impressed with all of the creative aesthetics available. Joe was knowledgeable and professional. I nailed every shot I needed with two looks and was finished in under and hour. I received my photos the following day and my final edits were done in a week. Very professional, responsive, and nice. Studio was very clean and he had a dressing room where I could change and get dressed. He was very patient with me and allowed me to look at the photos during the shoot. I felt very comfortable taking pictures. The turnaround time was fast! He edited the pictures very nicely.
