My husband and I couldn't have picked a better team than JF Studioz! They took both our engagement photos and our wedding day. Both times they just made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and are open to any ideas you'd like them to capture! Everyone was so professional, fun & friendly. We can't say thank you enough! We are so excited to see how all the photos & videos turned out!

I was happy with my wedding photos/videos overall. However, I’ve been calling them to remove the watermark from my pictures. I’ve emailed and left voicemails and nobody gets back to me. Mind you my wedding was Jan 9, 2021! Just insane that I would want to print and frame my wedding photos and I can’t because of their watermark! I already paid you in full, why is your watermark on my photos? Please resolve this. Thank you.

If you value integrity, run from these folks. I was so excited to work with this vendor on our wedding. Sadly our wedding was cancled due to covid. Vendor told us they would give us a credit to be used at any future date. I got pregnant and used them for a maternity shoot (no issues). We drew down from our credit. I noticed every other time I called to attempt to book them for an event, once I mentioned the credit, the were never available. So i decided to call, keep quiet about the credit, and like magic, they were available. We confirmed everything and they sent me an invoice. I responded that we had a credit. Since then, they disappeared. I called multiple times, sent multiple emails, silence. I called from a different number, once I introduced myself, the lady said she'll call me back in 15 mins and never did. It shameful to see a business behave in such a horrible way. Go somewhere else, because these are completely dishonest folks

To any and every couple out there getting ready to embark on their new journey together and want those memories documented in a very special way, JF Studioz is the perfect partner. We had pretty high expectations and we are very pleased to confess that they exceeded them in stunning fashion. Our engagements photos were perfect, wedding photos were immaculate, highlight video was amazing and we absolutely loved our wedding album. We haven’t received the entire wedding video yet, but there is no doubt that it’s going to be on par with everything else. JF Studioz’ staff was very professional and accommodating 24/7. It took a while for us to pick the photos we actually wanted in our wedding album and they were incredibly patient with us. We’ve told everyone we know that’s getting married about JF and the fantastic job they did with us and will continue to do so as our friends and family members prepare to tie the knot.

I decided to book with the company after meeting the team at an open house. I really fell in love with the knowledge and professionalism of the gentlemen. They really displayed a great presentation of their work. I booked officially later that week! I booked an 8hr fully loaded package for my wedding. My engagement shoot was amazing and the photographer made my family and i feel really comfortable. Unfortunately communication was rocky at some point. Contact was made with the admin team and they took care of everything. I discussed my expectations as well as the importance of particular things i wanted and they exceeded it! The turn around for my photos were not long at all! I truly enjoyed my experience with the company and would definitely recommend. I have since referred others.

We were absolutely blown away by our wedding pictures. Julian was hands down amazing. He was patient, professional & extremely accommodating. Our wedding photos were sooo important to us and the results exceeded our expectations! The JF Studioz team was so helpful, understanding and patient with us through the many challenges and changes that comes with planning a wedding during a pandemic. I booked JF Studioz for photography/videography services in January 2021 after receiving good reviews from their past clients. Although I eventually booked them, the decision never set right. I wish I would have listened to my conscious. I am very easy going and easy to please, so the fact that I am so dissatisfied and in tears as I right this review is evidence of how upset I am with their service. Before I get to the photos....I want to point out that I booked an 8 hour photography package. Although I didn't think I needed the time... I wanted to ensure I was able to take photos before the ceremony. The photographer arrived on time....took a few photos....and stood there. I had to give him ideas of what to take pictures of...although I gave him a shot list prior to the wedding. As the ceremony start time approached, he informed me he did not have time to set up his lights! Sir.....what were you doing this entire time? My photos were HORRIBLE! The photographer did not put any effort into the shots. I did not GET A SHOT WITH MY HUSBAND ALONE AFTER THE CEREMONY!! I took photos with the wedding party.....but NOT my HUSBAND! This was a totally upsetting experience. I hate to write a negative review but I will never get this moment back and neither will you if you book JF Studioz. I advise you to stay away from this company. I would have been better hiring 3 inexpensive photographers, rather than paying for the 1 photographer I received with this low quality of work. The highlight video was better; however, I am sure you can find MUCH better. Our heads were chopped off during the most of the ceremony. I shared my experience with their team, and after having to get in touch with them multiple times, they offered to look at different angles for the video. I am not sure how that works....I have yet to receive a revised documentary video. They offered a free session with my spouse and I for photos, but according to them, my photographer was one of their best. What would be the point in being unsatisfied and upset again? Please be aware and take this review in account before making a decision.
