I had terrible experience.1- star review for the disappointing level of communication I was treated very rudely by the 'Owner', he is very rude he don't even know how to deal with customers don't know how to speak with them also not accepting their fault instead blaming on please change your attitude and all the staff are lost in their own world I don't think they have the training they need, very poor service. Owner is very unprofessional and unreliable, he should know talking down to the customer is bad for business.

It is a good camera store where every popular camera and accessory are on sale. The employees seemed to not have a good rapport with each other as I had to explain a similar thing to everyone who asked how they could help me. But they were helpful, weren't arrogant as such. As I had visited here during the Covid time, I was handed a token of sorts and had to wait outside the store where there wasn't any good arrangement of furniture to sit atleast.
