I had my wedding photos taken by Christy, and she did a wonderful job! I got all the shots I wanted, and she was flexible with planning and was available from the beginning of our day until well into the reception. It was on the pricey end, but it was well worth it!

Amber has been taking our photos since I was pregnant with my first daughter 3 years ago. Her work is stellar, with super quick turnaround! My kids adore her and she is so patient with them! I booked a mini session about two weeks in advance. I was not aware I had booked an outside session until 11 minutes before my appointment. She sent me an email saying where she would meet me. I was already at the studio to find other clients gathering for their session. When I told her we were already at the studio the photographer said via email “Are you wanting a studio session? You didn’t specify so I assumed you wanted outdoors.” A mini session is $195 for about 10/15 minutes tops and part of that fee should be making sure the client is informed and prepared for a successful shot. Upon face to face conversation with the photographer she apologized but pointed out that I didn’t specify. Sounds like she was blaming the customer even though she stated “I’m not trying to put that on you” but she did. As I was walking away upset saying to myself they obviously have money coming in and my mini session wasn’t a big deal. She confirmed for me that yes, they do have a lot of clients. Customer interaction was poor. A&H Photography left me with the impression that they are not interested in providing service to the little guy. Very disappointed and bummed for the founder of the company. I know she is not that type of person and shouldn’t have her company represented like that.
