Aimee goes above and beyond as a member of the wedding vendor team. In addition to that, she is a phenomenal photographer, and I'm so thrilled how beautiful our wedding photos are. Aimee is the best! We have done engagement photos, wedding photos, family photos with one kiddo, and now recently family photos with two kiddos! I have submitted many of our weddings to Washingtonian Weddings, but only the ones shot by the uber talented Aimee have been published. No other photographer that I have worked with captures beautiful, vivid color like Aimee. Her photos are full of hues and stunningly capture all the emotions of the day. Aimee is THE MOST ORGANIZED photographer I know. Her process includes an easy-to-use template for clients to create a list of family formal portraits. She sends emails to her clients with helpful reminders as wedding day approaches.

We hired Aimee Custis Photography for our daughter's wedding. Aimee made this process so easy. She went above and beyond, like helping us to create a day of timeline. AB and Nickolai were the photographers at our daughter's wedding. They were amazing! So easy to work with. AB was lead photographer and she captured everything. We just saw a sneak peek of the photos. They are spectacular!! I can't wait to see the rest. I highly recommend Aimee and her team. They are awesome!

We reunited with Aimee in October 2024 after she'd done our wedding 8 years prior in November 2016. This time we did a family session and we could not be happier with the result! Aimee was timely, prepped the settings beforehand to allow for easy transitions, and was an absolute gem to our 4 children who range in ages of 2 months to 5 years. I know we will continue to reunite with her over the years to capture our family as they grow. We highly recommend her services!

We loved working with Aimee! She took time to get to know us in order to fit right into our wedding experience and capture us and our friends and family as naturally as possible. She was also very low key and helpful on the actual day. The photos were incredible, and she made the best of rainy weather to get fall photos outside after the ceremony! We loved working with Aimee for our wedding day! She was so flexible and made us very comfortable. It’s clear that her primary concern is ensuring her clients are happy and comfortable, which in turn creates a relaxed environment that produces wonderful pictures. She also went out of her way to meet with us before the wedding for us to become more comfortable with each other and acquainted. The sneak pictures came so quickly and the full album soon thereafter. The pictures themselves were incredible. Aimee is organized, kind, punctual, and talented. Aimee and her team provided amazing support from start to finish as we planned the photography for our wedding and engagement photos. Neither of us were trilled about being in front of the camera, but from the first time we met with Aimee she put us at ease about the whole process and helped us make the right decisions for our needs. Nikolai and AB captured so many beautiful photos of our wedding, made us laugh throughout the day, and made sure that we got all of the shots that we were hoping for, while also ensuring that we had plenty of time with our guests (a top priority for us). We would not hesitate to recommend Aimee, or any of the photographers she partners with, to other couples.
