It's small. I did find what I was looking for. It's not the type of beauty supply I normally go to, but it served It's purpose.

The workers were very rude. When my daughter and I first entered this store, the workers seemed very professional and nice. After we shopped around for a few minutes, I noticed I needed one particular item that I had no idea of finding. So I decided to go to the front register where the two workers were standing. I asked one of the ladies where the particular items were and she politely stated what aisle they were on. Little did they knew my daughter was shopping right in front of the register where they were standing. My daughter overheard them making jokes and laughs about me. It made my daughter devastated to hear someone talking about her mom especially if you’re working in a place of business. Of course my daughter went up to me and said” hey mom they were talking about you”. I replied who, and she said the ladies that are working at the front. So I kept thinking should I say something rude or should I leave the store with grace. I decided to walk up to the counter and lay my items and gracefully told them no and no looked around for my daughter to tell her to put her stuff back and walk out of the door. These ladies became so quiet as they knew they were guilty. I won’t ever shop back in this place again.

We bought our very first wig at this store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you need. They have a very large selection of wigs and hair and I have to try my best to stay out of this place or else I will spend all of my ex-husband's money... I always have good luck here apparently we dropped a quarter bag of green in the parking lot one time and came back and found it three hours later. Prices are reasonable and it will forever be my favorite wig store💜

I JUST WALK INTO HEAVEN... Walking in here bought back old memories from washing and styling ladies hair when I lived in Florida. She has some nice stuff in her inventory to get me back started again. I'll definitely be back!

I have frequented this store since it opened. I went today 10/21/2021 to make my monthly purchase but forgot my mask. I didn’t think much of it because I am fully vaccinated and they had the door wide open. According to the CDC mask are not required when you are fully vaccinated. The male guy worker that was there became really aggressive stood up and demanded I leave. I’m sure it was because I am a black women and it made him feel like a real man raising up to a woman. He said, he did not care that I was fully vaccinated. I’m more upset with myself because I had been a loyal customer since they opened and have had many conversations with the young lady that was at the register. Alabaster Beauty Supply has taught me being a loyal customer to them does not matter. Be careful when you go there as I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!!!!

Very friendly! Very helpful! The variety is fantastic! For all races. Price's r unbelievable!! I just bought a wig at one store for $250. Went to this place & I bought 2 for under$150. One wig was $50 & the other $60.

They're a good place to go for hair supplies. The selection is decent. The staff is really friendly, helpful, and professional. They won't stare you down the whole time you shop or treat you badly if you don't decide to purchase anything that day.

Today had to run by and get a couple items and I love you guys store and I love your sales associate Shanice!!! she is a amazing person and always have a great positive attitude when she helps me and she is very patient with me because I’m going natural and every time she helps me I’m always satisfied with the products she recommend to me. This will always be the store I come to from now on just because of how helpful shanice is she needs a raise!!! You guys better keep her I don’t know what I would do if she wasn’t there.
