Alex was incredible to work with, he basically lives and breathes weddings. When I first booked him at the recommendation of my recently married friend, he even sent me a magazine he personally makes! It had the answers to so many questions I had about weddings in general, and was chock-full of scheduling and photography tips.

Apart from his amazing photography skills, Alex is one of the best people you could meet. He was always very easy to talk to and he made us feel like we were the star of the show every time. All the meetings and thorough planning docs were always focused on us and what we wanted, and when it came to the day of the wedding he was the most dedicated photographer I have ever seen.

Alex showed up before our ceremony pumped and full of energy. He immediately scoped out photo spots and started joking around with me and my groomsmen. He was so funny and kind while simultaneously snapping pictures of everything and everyone he could. He knows how to get the perfect shot. This man was getting tangled in bushes because his great eye for scenery and lighting had led him there, while still giving us some of the greatest pictures ever taken of us from him.

Alexander Cross is the most skilled and hardworking wedding photographer you can find out there, while also being one of the kindest people ever. We couldn't recommend him more.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Alexander Cross as our wedding photographer. From the moment we did our engagement photos, it was clear that we had made the perfect choice. Alex is hands down the best, most fun and interactive photographer I have EVER worked with. I am very picky with photos but had my eye on him for a while before I was even engaged… so when I did finally get engaged, he was the very first vendor I booked. I literally called him the day after I got engaged and let me just tell you, this man did NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! From our engagement shoot, to our wedding photos, every single picture was absolutely perfect. Our wedding could not have been as spectacular as it was without Alex as our photographer! I could not be happier with how these pictures came out; they are stunning!! He is an absolutely delightful person to be around. He always has a joke, a smile, a dance, or advice that will make you comfortable and smiling for this most important photo session. He was incredibly patient with us and our guests, making sure we got every shot we planned. He had such great prompts to get us to pose in gorgeous and also fun and goofy ways! An Incredible Wedding Photographer!

We cannot say enough about how amazing Alex was! From the moment we met him, his professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out. He was a true joy to be around throughout the entire process. His calm and approachable nature made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, which is no small feat when you're dealing with an excited wedding party and guests.

He is the type of photographer who would do anything to get the best shot - even basically doing the splits to get the perfect angle. We all fed off of each other’s energy, and he vibed with our group so well - it felt like having a long time friend there taking pictures, which allowed us to take wonderful casual and candid shots.

Not only did he make the experience fun, but he also had an incredible ability to capture the most beautiful moments without anyone even noticing he was there. He truly blended into the background while still getting the best possible shots, and the final photographs exceeded all of our expectations. Every image captured the essence of our special day perfectly, from the big moments to the small, candid ones that we'll cherish forever.

A special shout-out also goes to Jess, the assistant photographer, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional, friendly, and a great help throughout the day. Her support allowed for even more stunning angles and moments to be captured, and we’re so grateful for her contribution to making our photos even more memorable.

PS as an interracial couple, it was very important to us to find a photographer who would be able to capture us in our best light - both individually and together - and Alex and Jess absolutely delivered. I highly HIGHLY recommend them to everyone, but especially POC who know how difficult it can be for photographers to capture our essence authentically.
