If you are looking for a photographer I would not recommend Belmont. This company does the photography for our kids’ high school. The cap and gown pictures and senior portraits are ok, but they do not do a good job of taking candids of high school events. My kids have been in multiple events, and had no pictures taken or at least posted of them. It is always the same people. I could understand if a student was only in one activity, or it was an event like homecoming or a football game, but there was no excuse for this on my daughter’s graduation day or my son’s awards day in which he was recognized six times and had not one photo taken of him. I emailed them to inquire if there were more pictures that were perhaps unposted to the school albums. I was willing to purchase them, but I got no response. So their customer service is obviously lacking. If you know your students’ school uses Belmont at events, I suggest you invest in a nice camera and lens and take them yourself. For portraits, there are many amazing professional photographers in the area that you will be much happier using.

Made the appointment a month ago. Drove two hours over there they didn't even have my son's school cap & grown colors. Didn't get photo retaken. After the first ones haven shadow lines. Nothing was as planned or promised. Poor service on their end. They said they would get back to me all I have got was an email saying that my proofs would be ready in two weeks. He never got his picture retaken.🎓. Total disaster 🤬 not to mention his senior pictures still hasn't even been seen still waiting for his proofs. Nobody has got back to me yet!!! Decided to get private photographer to do our pictures.

I love their customer service both on the phone and in person. They make you feel welcomed and fixed any issue I had immediately. Not only that, they made my daughter feel comfortable in front of the camera. We will be back.

Very hit or miss experience. Photos are average, cookie-cutter. I've had two sons in a high school that uses this photographer, and I can assure you you'll spend a lot less and get more creative photos going with someone else. But you still have to go there for your yearbook pics, right? So you're kind of stuck. They WILL cash your check weeks before they process your photos. And it WILL take a long time to get your photos. They may or may not answer the phone when you call. They may or may not be open during the hours they say. Just breathe, and lower your expectations and you'll be fine.

My daughter prom was March 24th and I still haven't gotten the pictures back. I still haven't gotten her cap and gown pictures. I was told 3 weeks, but today I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company for merchandise not received. I'm really not pleased with the customer service. I left messages several of them and still no call back. If I could rate 1/2 star I would.

I have left messages and tried several calls with just one question. No response from them. I will not be ordering picture if you're not courteous enough to return my call. By the way pressing 0 for the operator on send you back to the main menu every time. It does concern me that there are more bad reviews than good. You monopolize school day pictures. Do you care?

I have been trying to call the photographer and I can't reach him. My daughter prom pictures are awful and you can only see her face. The background and her dress was both black. The picture was not edited and the lighting was off.

The customer service is not inviting and very rude. The attendant act as if I was a bother and did not spend money there. The pictures at other studios are just as good or better with attendants that make you feel like they want your business. I should have went to Portrait Innovations!!!!!!
