I came here once for professional headshots. My suit was ill-fitting, and my brow was coated in a fine Sheen of flop sweat. I'll admit it, I'd been on a 5-day Bender. They HONESTLY was so nice & made sure they took care of my baby for her graduation pictures. They also informed me of other options to upgrade her package. And they we're VERY patient with the process of picking out the poses you wanted, NO PRESSURE!!

Packages was not explain properly! My four year old was told to take off her fur vest which completed her outfit! Owner said" baby I don't know what to tell you! No refunds! How you send your kids to school is your problem(my kids are always dressed nice especially on picture day! Then called the school to make it seem like I was the issue! Instead of fixing the issue. Owner left a voicemail saying he want all the pictures back when we agreed that I would just keep one of the packages! My kids deserve better than the treatment they received on picture day!

Oommmmgggg I have been here twice in my lifetime and I have never been disappointed. You can come in with one thought and leave saying I should have just let them choose it for me. I’m so excited about my new pics. Welcome to 40.

This place is supposed to be doing our Senior pictures and yearbooks. Our first and only session so far was terrible. They wouldn't let my child dress how he wanted, had to wear their jewelery not their own. Some pics had both, which looked bad. They promise to retake your pics if you don't like them, I was not offered that and was very verbal with my disappointment in the pics showed to me. I had to pay half of my package fee upfront ($140) so now I'm stuck with them because of no refunds....then again, they haven't finished taking pictures yet and we're supposed to be done by now. They also do not answer phones or direct messages. They get you to sign up on Remind to contact them, but do not respond or if they do, it's an automated message.

I would like to say that I am very pleased with my daughter’s 2020 senior photos. Black and White Photography has made it very difficult for me to make a specific choice in her photos because each photo was beautifully taken and I wanted to choose all of them. I only had one pose to replace, overall I would choose this company again and would recommend them to others for their photography needs as well. Thank you BWP for this experience.
