This is a fantastic business. Walking in from the parking lot, it felt like I was entering a spa! Beautiful, peaceful landscaping. The staff were so helpful on the phone when it came to my questions about the best options for printing a portrait. The staff inside were just as helpful, very kind, and efficient. What a find! I have shot film and digital, and absolutely love shops like this whenever I am fortunate enough to find them!
I was given great initial direction from Richard, and truly above and beyond help from Rebecca for my first photography show. Rebecca was knowledgable, patient, and skilled. In letting me know which files had the best resolution, and explaining the subtle differences in papers to print on, she helped me present the photographs as I envisioned them. If I could give 10 stars I would without hesitation. The customer service at Centric Photo was phenomenal. I'm sadden by the circumstances that we met but grateful because I will continue to refer and use their services. I wanted enlarged pictures for my daughter's celebration of life but frustrated with pixels and it coming out distorted. Centric did a wonderful job with my photos and it helped the service have a special touch. My order was even made a priority due to the circumstance. I am forever grateful. Thank you.
