Great environment, was greeted at the door and felt welcomed right away. Wide variety of cardio machines and WODs are challenging and fun. Best gym in West Chester hands down.

Great gym, trainers and members! Trainers do a great job at breaking down the movements and help whenever you have questions. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere where both trainers and members go out of their way to introduce themselves. Gym is well stocked with a variety of equipment!

after coming here for a year, I'm so grateful to the team and entire CF explode community. Really nothing like it anywhere ive ever seen. Cant fake the culture of hard work, kindess, and genuineness centered around health and fitness. Best decision ive made of 2023 was starting crossfit here! It doesnt get eaiser, but ive definitely gotten stronger. Love this place and the people!

i recently signed up to give crossfit a try for the first time ever and couldn't be happier to have found such a great gym with such helpful, knowledgeable and motivating instructors. the other members are so welcoming, kind, caring and inclusive. this is a culture that I've not seen in any other gyms ive tried and belonged to in the area. Clearly, this culture comes from the top down and the people running this place truly care to help each individual(s) be and get the best results possible. Im working thru a torn rotator cuff injury but the instructors custom-tailor my class workouts that protect me from further injury but still push me to get the most out of each workout. If you were on the fence about checking this place out, come in, say hi and see for yourself! Personally, having coaches, classmates and friends here really helped me to get out of my weak gym routine at my now former gym.

I had trouble finding the right gym. Other places were all about the money. Brian is a very nice guy and explained the process well to me and makes sure you understand what’s going on. Great atmosphere and clean gym.

Great place, I tried getting in shape before for 8 years I did Marshall arts (up to 6x a week) but this place really helps. I try to go 4x a week and the people, not just the trainers really try to help out each other. My first time in everyone was a smiling face.
