I’ve visited Dodge chrome today to rescan paintings, because I was not happy with the color quality and it had a blurry look.
I asked to use different scanner, which I was using all the time, i provided document with the information about different scanner which I did previously and ask to scan on that scanner, but for some reason the owner Ann called me in separate room and started telling me that they only have a one scanner and they cannot do the job for me. Again, I told her that I’ve been scanning with different scanners in there company in order to get better results for many years.
After asking her multiple time in a polite way to do scans for me, she still was refusing to scan the image in a different scanner, telling me that result will be same because they have only one scanner, which is not true,
different scanners provide different look to the image. After all conversation refusing my job request,
I told her that I felt discriminated, because there is no reason to deny job I requested…After I explained why I felt discriminated, because I’m foreigner, Ann started yelling at me and told me to get out from her place and not to come anymore for other jobs.
This is jus not respectful behavior towards customers…
I don’t wish anyone to go through what I experienced today with this company.

Got my film developed here a couple months ago, and while it turned out well, I am now realizing that the price is nearly double that of competitors in the area:( on top of that they charge $25 to resend the photos if you don’t save them within 30 days

My boss who is a professional Photographs Conservator recommended this place for some very fragile 1920s negatives of mine. Mike did a great job creating high resolution scans of these images at 300 DPI. They have a variety of scanners. I am here now ordering more scans and prints. I feel that they are extracting best quality with necessary retouching and archival care for the image. They put my images on a USB (other options available). Thank you.

I'm a fine art photographer, new to the area. I am torn about this place. The customer service was a 5. However, I've never seen the color calibrated worse. They were tinted green, and a full shade too dark. I'm going to need to reprint them elsewhere. At the end of the day, what matters is the quality of prints.

The only thing better than their service is the product they deliver. I shoot black and white film, and they have always delivered good negatives for me to work with.
