Not helpful. I called before going to ask what I need to bring to print a document. They gave me the wrong information over the phone e and then when I arrived they were rude and acted like I was an idiot for not following the right process.

I then needed to mail the document and I waited at the counter for 5 minutes while they talked to each other and did not acknowledge me.

In general their demeanor was rude, judgmental, and I helpful.

They were nice when I wen to pick up my poster that I purchased online. The store is convenient with good parking. The poster turned out good!

As a delta retiree we get a discount for using FedEx. This office would not honor it. At first they indicated I would get the discount. Then when entered into their system, it wasn't honored. I paid the full amount. To top it off it was delayed in arrival. Ups or usps for me.

Say foreal yal should have been merge with somebody else or something like Cingular yall services are bad and yall never deliver nothing on time im not using your delivery service ever again if anything im not gone buy it if its being shipped by your company

I had a simple prepaid package to ship. And the associates were too busy to help me. All because I have a black panther hat on from the marvel movie. But they took it as the blank panther political party. They didn’t want to look me in the eye which is a sign of disrespect. The only person that help was the manager. But he wasn’t completely friendly but to give credit he did do a professional job. But the associates they get a F- for customer service.

I've been going to this FedEx Office location for a few years now and they are always super helpful. Plus, it is open seven days a week, which is totally not typical for this part of town. I try to go on Saturday afternoons when it is more quiet.

Mostly I come here to mail off returns. I had an issue one time with a Happy Return and the product they sent me was not the correct product. So when FedEx tried to scan them for return the bar code was coming up as incorrect because it was the wrong product. I explained what happened and they said not to worry about it and got it processed quickly.

I've also used them for printing and binding services. They did an absolutely beautiful job with printing my training manual! They even had it finished earlier than expected so I was able to pickup the same day. I've included a photo of it below.
