I took US passport photos here a few times. The staff is very professional and efficient. The shop got good lighting equipment and pay attention to details. So you don’t need to worry about the photos don’t meet visa requirements.

The overall experience is much better than alternatives like CVS, Walgreen, or UPS store.

The only downside is that there might be a long waiting line towards the end of the day.

When we went in, Ivana was very nice - however, Ivana wasn't clear about what the photo was used for as she asked us where we were trying to travel to and we said Asia. She didn't ask us WHAT KIND of passport we had or what the nature of the photo was for, which was a passport renewal, but specifically where we were trying to travel to - thus she took a photo for an Asian passport which wasn't usable.

When the photo was unusable, Ivana became incredibly hostile and said that she did this every day for business and knew what everything was for, and it was our fault even though the question wasn't clear and to an every-day customer, it could be misleading when we're asked to where we're traveling to and not "what kind of passport do you have". I was taken aback from the email since she was so nice to me when getting my photo taken, but during an aversion of miscommunication on the OWNER'S part - the business showed its true colors by being incredibly rude and accusatory.

She also specifically asks for cash/venmo to bypass fees (she specifically has a sign stating that it's the fees that are eating up profit) and doesn't accept card - I don't know if it's because the business isn't honest about their taxes or whatever but we tried to give the benefit of the doubt for a shop that we've frequented and paid in cash and we were taxed for that so hopefully that's not the case but it was still weird. We've been going to this place as a family for many years but were treated VERY poorly by a small business which we usually love and frequent as it's good for the community.

Wouldn't recommend it, sorry.

She is an amazing person. It’s a one stop shop for printing, copies, notary, passport/visa photos. She talks so nicely and has a beautiful heart.

Also, her plants are not for sale, I asked. 😀

Horrible attitude. Walked in and left within 30 seconds. The owner's attitude absolutely stinks. As she was taking pictures of another family, she turned to mine and said "I am taking photos of this child, so do not stand by the front desk because i will not give you my attention." Not sure why she even bothered to say this when all i was looking for was PRICING. Dont support.

Amazing experience getting my Canadian passport photo taken. I had gotten my US passport photo taken the same day and there’s a huge difference in the quality and lighting on both. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The picture turned out perfect and I paid in Cash to avoid card fees!
