The only problem I do have they got rid of thier truck after covid so if you don't have truck you can't take your big items to the store. I am not sure how ai will take them . But everyone there are super nice

So you're telling me that if I pay for an item but can't get it until the next day then decide I don't want said item that I don't get a refund? This place is dumb, I will never give you money again.

UPDATE 12/31/24 Apparently that is not standard policy above, I was contacted by goodwill and things were made right. The previous lady that helped me was fired a few days before I came back in because of several issues. I spoke with the main manager that I was told to speak with and she handled things perfectly and I am happy with how things were resolved.

Update 1/2025 prices are high. I picked up an old shirt and it was $7.99 thats crazy a jelly jar $2.99 , plastic cup walmart has fot .50 was $1.99. I refuse to buy anything anymore from them.

the items were good and we found what we came for, but the lady at the register was rude. she was an elder with a boot on so im assuming she was tired and in pain, but don't project it onto the customers please.

Had a load of merchandise about to check out when my daughter starts doing the 'peepee dance' saying she needs to pee; the cashier nor her supervisor would let my 3 year old use the restroom. We set everything down and had to run out of the store to find another place. I nor my family are shopping or donating to this Goodwill agian.

Cleaned up alot, well lit, much, much better now then it was on my first trip there 2 years ago. I am pleasantly surprised!
