Always the best, always choose HayLo!
Heather was there, taking pictures of my daughter's big day, the most beautiful pictures, I've ever seen. And, she was there, when my first grandchild came home from the hospital. Now, shes been the one, to take Audrey's "1" year pictures. What does this tell you? Who is the common denominator? Heather! She captures the beauty, the love, and the life. She's truly an artist with her camera. I said to her this morning, Heather, get me "the one". She told me that she'd do her best, and she did! I choose HayLo Photography, every time!

Every experience with Haylo Photography has related to kindness, flexibility, and of course.... great photos!!! I can’t even begin to express the quality of work in detail that this photographer puts in. The overall return time the quality of the photography and the quality of the editing. Heather with haylo photography shot our wedding and our engagement shoot and I cannot put into words and how absolutely beside myself I am as well as my wife with the quality of her work. We will definitely be using haylo photography again in the future

I highly recommend AGAINST. If I could give zero stars I would. Not only is this photographer flakey, you receive poor quality images that are unfinished.
We booked this photographer for a maternity session, submitted down payment, & communicated with photographer regarding kind of pictures we were looking for. We even went as far as creating a pinterest board & asked if the pictures we liked were even possible. Photographer stated that these pictures were indeed possible & she had the equipment to do so. We proceeded with appointment & my husband and I scouted out a site for the session to take place so she wouldn't have to waste time doing so. On picture day, I had a wardrobe malfunction & ended up with a stain on my dress.Before ANY pictures were taken, we asked photographer if it was possible to edit out or if I needed to change. She was fully aware of other outfits I had in the car since we just went over outfits and props. She stated that it was okay, so we proceeded. Because of the sun, we were unable to finish the session. We discussed a time that worked for both of us 4 days later. Morning of, photographer cancelled due to an equipment malfunction. She claimed that it was going in for repairs and would stay in contact. She also wanted remaining payment & said she would have the already shot photos edited within 5 days. We told her that we would submit payment all at once when session was completed. After waiting almost a month, we reached back out to her. She claimed that she could not afford to fix her equipment to finish the wession and had not worked on our pictures since we hadn't paid. I expressed that I wish she would have communicated this because I was wanting to use photos for my baby shower and Christmas cards. She said she would send a few over so I would have something. We received nothing.
We then mailed remaining full payment and she said she would have them done in 10 to 14 days of receiving payment. She was quick to cash the check but did not give us any confirmation after. On day 11 since she had cashed check, we reached out to get a progress update as we were now 2 weeks away from Christmas and my baby shower had passed. She claimed now pictures were going to take 2-3 weeks. However, in less than 24 hours she had the "finished" photos to us. Unfortunately, these "finished" photos were NOT finished. Every single picture of my husband and I had the stained dress. The stain that the photographer claimed was fixable before we proceeded with ANY pictures. The only photos she bothered to remove the stain from were the close up belly pictures. All pictures had a stylized filter to them making them blurry when zoomed so they couldn't be printed in a large format. After seeing how awful these were, I reached out to photographer. She refused to fix them and blocked me from contacting her on her company site. She first claimed that pictures were not fixable and ignored me so I loaded a picture into a photo edit software and fixed stain in 5 minutes. After being able to do this with my software, I contacted photographer on her personal Facebook and cell phone to let her know they were fixable. It was simply unbelievable that I could fix these pictures with my software, but a photographer who does this line of work for a living could not. We expressed this to photographer and showed her the picture that I was able to fix. We had paid for a service- pictures to be taken and properly edited not slapped together. After multiple messages ignored by her, she responded that "IT WAS HER JOB TO PROVIDE COLOR CORRECTION, EXPOSURE, WHITE BALANCE, AND SKIN CORRECTION AND IT WAS NOT HER JOB TO FIX AN IMPERFECTION ON A DRESS I CHOSE TO WEAR". An imperfection that was discussed before any pictures were taken during a session that photographer NEVER finished. We are beyond words that someone would even be okay with giving such poor quality work to their clients. There are tons of photographers out there. Learn from our mistake and money lost to capture a memory that was time sensitive and NEVER USE HayLo Photography.
