The quality is wonderful. I've had many wedding photos printed here and have not been disappointed!

Just know that they are a small business that is only open 3 days a week. I have never had a problem getting prints in a timely matter. I made an order on Monday evening, received a call Tuesday morning because they had a question about one of the items in the order, and picked up the prints a couple hours later. The canvas however takes 2 weeks.

We have received amazing service at Heartland Imaging! I came in last week, not knowing exactly what kind of prints I needed and how to order them. They helped me save my photos to my phone and make sure that they were high resolutions, showed me all my options and got them done in a few hours!

A few years ago I had an oversized print developed and it is stunning. I just recently returned and I continue to be pleased. Jillian is friendly and provided excellent customer service. My prints are great quality and the prices are very competitive! Going back for more and I am considering metal prints as well.

This place is awesome for getting high quality prints! They use a more traditional method of printing than your average photo store, so the colors always look vibrant and beautiful. Helpful staff, quick service and a quality product. I've moved away from the area and find myself wishing I had a place like Heartland near me all the time!

I mailed film to Heartland Imaging around early to mid-December. I understand that orders can take a few weeks + holiday season and the actual shop is closed, but I have reached out twice and heard nothing. I’m afraid that my film is now lost forever and I should have gone elsewhere.

If anyone from the shop sees this: I just want my film back, please.

Anabelle was so friendly and helpful. I'm getting a shoebox scan. So excited. The offerings in Heartland Imaging are surprising. Step inside! There are frames, games, signs, do it yourself collage photo albums, see the photos.

After two weeks of poor communication, finally received my order. Help in the end was great and appreciated. However, once received, prints were not done as ordered, not useable. Phone and email messages completely ignored. Expected so much more from a small local business. A let down for sure. Can not recommend.
