This place is something else, I really love the owner Chris. He sometimes was hard to get ahold of for my first quote but once we corresponded through email he got me a quote pretty quick. I then talked to him on the phone paid a little fee for my first screen print and got a few sample made. Once I saw the product I knew I was staying local. 404 stlye! Sometimes as a business owner like myself I don't mind paying 75 cents more to stay local. Its so worth it to me to not only support local but rise together locally. I can't wait to get more Sswirl gear and Merch made. It's so good to have merch now... II highly recommend IS Studios if you want a real Atlanta feel and a 404 experience! This is hands down my favorite print shop. Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful and that is good when you aren’t quite sure bout the different types of prints and garments that you may want to use. Beyond the expertise coming out of this shop, you can be certain that the quality will be superb. 🤌🏾

Very very bad job done while I had my clothes her at IS studios . Chris is very disrespectful and he doesn’t treat anyone with respect I called him abt a missing jacket that I brought him and said he wasn’t going to look for and to not call him back, then I ask him abt what’s going with 4 pairs of my green sweatpants ( pictures at the bottom) and stated that it has nothing to do with him. So then I told him abt the dirt marks he left on my tracksuit then told me never call again. So I recommend no one goes to this guy he’s selfish and does bad work and take 2 1/2 months when you pay extra money for the rush fee! Then try to over charge you. I just feel like whoever see this should take there money elsewhere believe me when I tell you.

first time using IS studios for a rather large print order that had to be correct and time was of the essence. The small but knowledgeable staff including Chris Bates the owner were very quite knowledgeable and accomodating to my time sensitive situation. I couldnt be happier with the final product and most of all the more than fair price. Thanks IS studios, you got me to the finish line!

Trying to give this business the benefit of the doubt multiple times is something I won’t continue to do. It should’ve been a red flag when I needed 1 sample shirt completed, was quoted a 48 hour turn around and heard nothing 72 hours later. After calling to inquire I was quoted ANOTHER 48 hours. For one sample shirt.

When it came time to drop off 25+ shirts I understood a 2 week turnaround. Yet again, when 2 weeks were up, NO UPDATES FROM CHRIS. I’ve had to call Chris every single time to get an update. 2 weeks turned into 6+weeks and every single shirt was printed differently, slightly slanted, some images small, some larger. A delay is understandable for QUALITY WORK, but I wasn’t even allotted that luxury.

In a last attempt to use this business I dropped off 2 additional shirts, 4 weeks ago. Was given a 2 week production time. At this point 2 weeks for 2 shirts sounded doable. Contacted Chris on 7/27, he informed me the shirts would be ready for me the following Tuesday and WOULD CONTACT ME. However here I am on 8/06, a week OVER since I last spoke with Chris, picking up my shirts. Unfortunately, the 2 shirts I’ve waited 4 weeks for were printed with the incorrect image.

Each time I was never given an update, unless I seeked it. I was constantly given incorrect completion dates and times.

Won’t be returning for any additional printing needs.

2 stars because I did get my shirts eventually.
