I have purchased pictures from JGarcia for about 4 years. He has taken all of my son's school, sports and event pictures and I have purchased a number of picture packages from him. I am always happy with my pictures and with the amount of options he offers. He was very accommodating when it came to my son's Senior photo sessions and offered a great price for the Senior package when compared to other photographers. He has captured some of the best action shots of my son during sporting events and I appreciate those memories he has provided for us. His office assistant is very good with notifying you when your pictures are ready to be picked up and she has been able to help me with any issue I may have had with an order or with scheduling an appointment.

Amazing service! I always get great and affordable packages. Jim always makes sure to accommodate me and my families needs and budget. His assistants are both very good at doing their job and are really friendly! Great customer service. BEST PLACE IN AZUSA TO TAKE PICTURES!

Paid for a large package that was 'on sale' for $200, they called to say the pictures were ready for pick up, over a year after they were taken, went in and they still weren't ready! In the end all we recieved were 3 sheets of pictures. For 200$! Are you kidding me!? Such a rip off and horrible customer service. Be careful when dealing with this place. I'd give no stars if I could 👎👎
