Had such a great experience at this Portrait Studio with my 6-mo old daughter last week. Flora and Claire make an exceptional team. Rarely do you find the traits of competent, efficient, and caring in people working in this field these days, and they exceeded my expectations both ahead of and during our appointment. Made an appointment. Arrived an hour late but they still let us take pictures. To-the-point, professional workers. Our photographer really knew what she was doing. We thought it was crying hilarious that they automatically put the pride theme on some of the offered pictures.
The price surprised us at the end. I guess I didn't see on the website that the smallest package to get your pictures is like $150.

I love going here for my babys milestone photos and family photos! Flora is amazing and has been doing my photos since I was a freshman in high-school. 14 years of amazing photos!! I always recommend!!

I booked an anniversary photo shoot for my husband and I and we had a spectacular experience. Flora was kind, attentive, helpfu,l and made us feel like we were stars. I can't stop looking at the pictures.

My roommates and I did an awkward family photo shoot with Flora. She had her own album of all types of poses for us to do and worked with us to create some funny moments! We all had a really good time and would recommend. They are very busy this season so remember to appreciate your photographer!

The pictures are very bad and not what I wanted. Very different experience from other JCP portrait studios. She was nice at first but as some of y'all are saying her tone changed when we mentioned the groupon. Also the one print is forced on you and will be mailed to you and you pay $10 for shipping on top of the groupon amount and pictures are a waste. Now I have to hire a real photographer and do that. What a waste of my time and money.

Took our family portraits here. The photographer was very patient, energetic, knowledgeable, creative and good with the kids. The waiting area was comfortable. It was just a pleasant experience overall.

Please listen to the two previous reviews as well as mine! There is a huge disconnect between the people who book the photos and the actual photographers. I took my family to have portraits made at this location and the receptionist confirmed with me the amount of children I wanted to be photographed not once. Did she ever say I was over the limit it wasn't until I arrived for my appointment and the photographer states they can only photograph nine people. I explained to the woman that that's not what I was told and asked her. Could she understand where I was coming from and she flat out said no. She was rude from the jump never mentioned that we would only have 15 minutes to take photos which is bizarre and was walking away from me as I was talking to her. She said that she was gonna go back-and-forth with me and I told her I'm just trying to have a conversation about the miscommunication. She wasn't trying to hear it and continued to walk away. Please don't give these people your Business because we didn't, it's not worth it! Literally the worst service I've had in a while and two days before Christmas is Unacceptable!
