We were so pleased to have John Winters Photography at our September 2024 wedding in Dallas, TX! We did engagement photos and wedding day shots with him, plus I did a bridal portrait session with him before the big day. Each time John made us feel so at ease, which came across as pure, unadulterated joy in our photos!

Our friends and family complimented his professionalism and creativity in getting some incredible shots at our venue (Perot Museum of Nature and Science). Plus, he got so many pictures of our wedding guests! It's been so fun to send everyone a professional photo of their family!

John was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, maintained regular communication with us throughout the planning process, and delivered our photos in a timely manner! We had a blast working with him and would recommend him to any couple looking to have fun with their photos!

John is an exceptional photographer with a keen eye for detail. However, there are lots of talented photographers. What sets John apart is the effortless way he captures raw emotions and intimacy. It's as if he's photographing his own wedding and instinctually knows which moments you'll want captured forever.
He does so by intentionally connecting with the bridal party and guests, so it feels like a family member is taking photos. Our children were calling him "John" by the end of the ceremony, and we were all able to relax and just be ourselves. It shows in the photos and it's what makes John someone you too should hire.

We got married in late January this year and it's hard to imagine having done our wedding without John Winters.

His photography style was exactly what we wanted—candid, natural, and timeless. The photos all feel genuine and full of emotion, rather than stiff and posed. We just celebrated our 200th Raising Cane's in Texas and hired John to shoot at our grand opening in Sunset Valley. John really took his time to get the important shots on our list, PLUS plenty of creative shots that we didn't ask for. These ended up being come of our favorites from the day!
