I cannot say enough times how much I loved everything about my experience with Kortney and her team. I am a naturally anxious person and my wedding was something I stressed over for a year and a half before it actually happened. Kortney answered any question I had, offered advice, and communicated with me every single step of the way. I never once had to worry about if I'd have a photographer for my wedding. Even when she had a medical situation come up, she had a plan B all ready and set for me. I cannot express how much that meant to me that she wasn't just leaving me hanging. She did our engagement photos as well and I loved every single photo that was taken. Her MAU and Hairstylist were also very very nice and professional! They gave me the simple look I was wanting but at the same time made me look beautiful in my own eyes, and I am my most harsh critic. I will forever recommend her to anyone who ever asks me for recommendations. She is such a wonderful person, so very organized, and always has the upmost care for her clients! Five stars cannot begin to express how much I recommend Kortney and her team as a photographer for your next life event. The 45 days leading up to my wedding I had to find a new photographer. I called, emailed, and submitted forms to photographers in the southwest missouri region hoping and praying that one would have my date available. As a bride 45 days away, I was freaking out until the voice of an Angel called me back on a Monday. It was Kortney. She had my date available and was able to find a second shooter as well. From the moment we first connected her communication was consistent, friendly, and reliable. Kortney is the most personable, upbeat, and professional vendor I had at my wedding. She’s experienced and you can tell she loves what she does. I could call her with questions, to vent, and to get timeline advice. This girl pretty much planned the final details of my wedding with me. Wedding day comes and Kortney arrives on scene and the entire day is already running behind schedule by an hour. She can see the panic on my face and has me take a deep breath. She pretty much said “Myra we are professionals we got this”. From that moment on my day was completely stress free. I’m not sure what she and her second shooter did but we somehow got all of our pre-ceremony shots (party pictures, family pictures, and first looks) done with an hour to spare before the ceremony. After the ceremony my flexible queen piled into a car with me, my husband, her second shooter, and my bridesmaid to drive to a different location for (not so) sunset pictures. It was maybe 45 degrees and raining. We grab two clear umbrellas and made our way to Stockton lake. My sweet Kortney put on the largest pair of mittens I’ve seen in my life and works her magic. We spent an hour in the cold rain just the four of us and that snippet of time was by far the best part of my wedding day. Kortney and Tyffanies lighthearted energy and their eye for art is something you cannot beat. Of course some pictures were prompted and posed but for the most part me and my new hubby just got to soak in our first moments of saying “I do” and they captured it PERFECTLY! I still have 6 more weeks before I receive my full gallery, but my sneak peek has shown me enough to give KBP my highest recommendation. Previously, Rain and cold is what I had nightmares about. Not anymore. Now Whenever it rains I will recall my most precious memories and remember the photographer that saved my big day. Book KBP. Tip KBP. You won’t regret it.

Kortney is amazing! She took wonderful, professional headshots for my fiance and I. Kortney spent time adjusting lighting and poses in order to capture shots that worked for us. I appreciate how she showed us thumbnails of the shots on her camera as we worked through the session, so we could be a part of the experience/decision-making.
