We had a mini holiday Santa shoot today for our son! The set up is so cute and loved how they let you take some photos in both options. Santa was magical! The lady taking the pictures is absolutely great with toddlers/babies. I would definitely book again!

If you want to make your newborn or family photography sessions a painful experience and a disappointing event, I think this is the right place to make that happen.
Cece, front office personnel, are a nightmare to talk to and don’t understand the effort and pain newborn parents go through to get these moments captured.
They offer solutions that doesn’t make any sense and just for their profit. Everything for them is money. I understand this is a business but they should provide value and be truthful in their promises and commitments
I sincerely recommend any newborn parents wanting to capture their pictures any other place. This place is infused with arrogant people and bad customer service.

Update 1/19: I was told that someone else other than Cece would give me a call to discuss the issue and work towards a resolution. It’s been three days and I haven’t received any call back. When I checked in today, I was told that someone will call next week. Very irresponsible behavior by the studio.

Love coming here! We came for my 1st daughter’s newborn and smash cake pictures and now we’re starting to come for our second daughter. The photographers have always been professional and accommodating. They do a great job with poses and backdrops. We simply love coming for our big family moments!

They’re just simply the best! Had my baby girls first birthday pictures done here , my son’s photoshoot, family photos, special occasions. They do it all and always an amazing job!
Photographer Kelsey recently did my birthday photoshoot and I’m just in love ! They also do have the best friendly staff. Shoutout to Elizabeth as well! We love LaLa Photography ❤️ (:

Second time coming here and this time it was for a birthday shoot. Our photographer was Ashley and she was so sweet to my precious daughter.. she had a lot of patience and was very understanding what I wanted.. I will definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to get their photos taken for any special occasion. Ask for Ashley you will not regret it! She's great! Did a on location mini session and decided to get the whole package which came out to about $500. I was told I’d get all the photos and all edited, however, I did not. It was missing several poses. I contacted them and they said they’d look into it and in a couple days they sent me a few more photos. Still not all the photos/poses. I messaged them again and no reply. I left it at that. Honestly, $500 is way way too much to charge for the same photos just zoomed and cropped differently to make it seem you are receiving a lot of photos.

Jen at the Henderson location is absolutely amazing!!! My terrible two toddler can be hard to handle she does not like the flash at all, and somehow Jen managed to make her super comfortable with the flash and the overall experience! It’s very rare seeing my daughter cooperate and actually have fun in photos, I was in awe and still am!! She is definitely a baby/toddler whisperer 😂 thank you Jen we’re looking forward to more photos with you!!!
