I do not want to give a bad review but please take it as a positive criticism. I am hoping that this bad review will help your company do better. All the photographers need is just to take a little bit more time on each students when taking their picture. I was hoping to be at least satisfied after the retake of my daughter school picture, but it leaves me baffled. My daughter was halfway smiling on the first one. Obviously she was being rushed and obviously the photographer did not check on the final take. I was happy that you guys offered to do a retake, since I did purchased the first one, however after seeing the retake, I don’t know what I should feel. Should I demand a refund or should I demand another retake, nevertheless should I give up? So here I am writing, hoping you will take this as a positive feedback, and I am hoping that the next two years of my daughter school pictures will come out decent. Anyhow, there is a high chance that I am not going to purchase any future school pictures for my daughter if your company will be the photographer. And I think there are many parents that thinks & feels this way.

They take horrible school pictures. They don’t even care if the kid is standing straight/smiling or not. The retake is as bad and they charge $25 for one picture. I don’t mind paying but at least pay attention and take good pictures. I am not even a professional photographer but I can do better job than that. Don’t even get me started how bad the mother son dance picture was.

I’ve given up on this company taking good school photos. Poses are awkward and the smiles. I’ve had my daughter do retakes and the photos are just as bad as the first ones. The last photo I got looks like they snapped it before she smiled fully. I don’t think they put effort into getting a decent photo.

Pictures are standard school photos. However, the length of time from ordering pictures (not to be confused with having the picture taken), to receiving them is somewhere from 6-8 weeks.. which is beyond long for what it is.

LBP has been doing our kids sports team pictures and they have been horrible! Last year their wrestling photos were done in socks! We just got this years back and they were done in the kids warm ups (which consisted of whatever shorts they wore to school that day and a long sleeve). Nothing about these pictures is professional. I talked to 5 other moms about their kids pictures and they were all the same! All in whatever they wore to school that day instead of letting them get their singlets on!! One kid was reaching down to fix their sock in his picture!! For gods sake! I will be calling them Monday morning and the school along with everyone else on the team. Year after year. This company needs to get it together!! Look at this picture and tell me it looks like a wrestling photo from a professional photographer
