I have been with this gym for about 10 years and love it. The staff is attentive, always helps with modifications and corrections and enthusiastically open to feedback. They change up the cycles often - keeps it interesting and fun. It’s an entire body workout including strength, agility, some stretching, cardio….such a fun way to get and stay in shape!

LiveFit gym class and wellness center is a great gym with great coaches, workouts that never get old, they keep it fresh and it's a challenge but doable with modifications for those who need it. It's my gym family, we have great support from coaches and each other, all around a great community. With LiveFit workouts I was able to lose 60 lbs it seemed impossible to lose! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

This is my happy place after stressful days at work. I like how the coaches keep you accountable, they offer group or one on one training. I do both and I like them equally. I been going for one year and 4 months, and I am a happy customer ?

A great place to get fit at. Brandon is an awesome trainer and an expert on all things fitness/diet. He really spends time with you on your workouts and explains the science behind them. Would recommend!

I have been doing personal training with Brandon for over 2 years. This place is the best! All the trainers are friendly and encouraging. Brandon pushes me to my very best each session, in ways I am unable to achieve by working out alone. My workouts are super efficient and effective. Brandon does a mix of free weights, body weight, and machines. The coaches are extremely accessible. I would highly recommend this place. There are also specials for first time goers. Check it out! You won't regret it.

I started training at Live Fit with Brandon 2 months ago. My goals were to gain energy, get back in shape, and to get a bit stronger. I work at a desk all day, and all the sitting had taken a toll on my fitness.

First of all, it is working! After 2 months, I have lost 7% body fat and my waist is down 2 inches, and my energy level is through the roof. Brandon knows what he is doing. He's creative with the exercises, keeps things fresh and different, and is great at motivating. This is the first time that I have enjoyed exercising in a LONG time.

And the facility is great too. It's small, but it has everything, and they are constantly adding new machines and contraptions. I have done exercises that I didn't know existed and they have worked great. Definitely recommend!
