She happened to be the first vendor I booked and went absolutely above and beyond answering my many questions over email when I was so new to the wedding planning process and didn't know what I was doing. I will be forever grateful for her many tips, we found our caterer through her (Savory Roots), and how she was kind enough to not say, "Girl, I am not your wedding planner!"
I finally got a planner (Delaney Driver of Wilder Mind Events) and got to see Melissa shine at what we actually hired her for. Our package included a 1 hour engagement shoot (highly recommend) and we got to meet her and get to know each other in person before the wedding. We love our engagement shots!

The wedding day was a dream, a blur of happiness, but I get to live through it all over again when I look at our photos, thanks to M.A.D. Images. Book her immediately, you won't regret it!

Melissa and her husband Matt was absolutely amazing!!!!! As a Professional Wedding Photographer myself, photography was the most important to me. Getting married in Asheville, I knew we has to find a photographer that was creative and up for adventure. I found Melissa and from the very first conversation I knew that she was the one that I had to have for our day. I trusted her so much that I did not pick up my own camera once on my day-which I'm still surprised by. The photos were so beautiful. Her and Matt drove all the way out to Asheville and even came to Sierra Nevada the evening before and hung out on the beer tour of the brewery. She kept us both calm on our day and made us laugh. Her husband Matt was right there for her every step of the way and there for both my husband and I when we needed something. Thank you so much for making our day special. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. I'm glad that I took my time and hired the right photographer for such an important moment in our lives. Love you guys!!

I cannot even begin to put into words all the great things I have to say about Melissa! She took our honeymoon photos after having a not-so-great experience with a different wedding photographer and the difference was unbelievable. Melissa is truly THE BEST OF THE BEST in her field.
