We used Mariam as our photographer for our engagement and wedding pictures. I cannot say how much we loved working with her! She is an absolute magician with her camera and was able to capture the love we have for each other. We felt so comfortable around her and she really made us feel special. She only does 20 weddings a year so by not doing very many, I felt like we weren't just another couple and we were unique. Her photos are so vibrant and airy, the colors just pop. My wedding dress had some subtle light colors to it and I wasn't sure if they would be picked up by a camera. I trusted Mariam to be the Queen of Color like she is and I was not disappointed! The colors came out beautifully!! Picking a photographer is a daunting task and a big investment, Mariam is worth every penny. We absolutely love working with her and cannot recommend her enough!!!

Mariam is incredible!! I cannot recommend her enough! Mariam went above and beyond for us from our first initial phone call. She was there every step of the way and was there to help with any questions and recommendations. She even helped with our wedding timeline and many other things in addition to the beautiful photos her and her team captured. Mariam truly took our vision and made it a reality. She is kind, welcoming and makes you feel at home instantly. We had the best time with her during our engagement session which made us so excited for our wedding day! Mariam listened to exactly what I was looking for in our photos and delivered just that! I was blown away by how accurately she captured our day- not only of the portrait photos of us and our family/wedding party but also all of the details shots and photos of our guests throughout the day. She also was incredible at how quickly she sent us our sneak peaks and our entire wedding album! We could not love the photos more and we will cherish them forever!! My spouse and I eloped out of state and as I could not get enough of my glorious wedding dress, I was so excited to get additional pictures wearing our bride/groom attire! As soon as I found Mariam`s portfolio online, I immediately fell in love with her photo style. We were so honored she was available to photograph us in Kansas City!!

She made my bridal portrait dreams come true - she is extremely knowledgeable, talented and has outstanding attention to detail, light and colors. Working with her was an amazing experience and she was immensely kind and fun while guiding us through the most romantic and beautiful poses during our photo shoot. She made the whole experience so dreamy and had a contagious smile the entire time! Previous to our photo shoot, Mariam also put a lot of effort into getting to know us and what we enjoy, as well as what inspires us - I believe this was awesome as it allowed her to craft the photo session to our specific needs and preferences.

Needless to say, the final result was breathtaking - after the final edits, Mariam delivered us the most authentic, colorful and beautiful photos I have ever seen. Usually in pictures, we loose the original colors as they tend to fade - but Mariam has the outstanding ability to bring the colors back to life in a way that we feel like the pictures are literally as vivid as what I was seeing at the moment they were taken.

Pat and I agree, partnering with Mariam is one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. I began following Mariam even before we were engaged! Well, I’m not sure where to begin!! Simply put, we adore and love Mariam, as our incredibly kind, talented and amazing photographer but also as the amazing friend she grew to be! From our first meeting, engagement sessions and our wedding, Mariam outdid herself each time! Her work is impeccable, timeless, elegant, glamorous and stunning! I knew I wanted a bright, vibrant aesthetic for our wedding photos and immediately fell in love with Mariam’s work after stumbling across her on The Knot. My fiance and I are super awkward in front of the camera, and she offered a ton of guidance and poses to help us look more relaxed and natural. She also sends resources before your engagement photo session and wedding with suggestions for timelines, locations, what to wear, and shots to get. She was super friendly, easy to work with, and was always responsive when we reached out to her. Her turnaround time is also unbelievable: we got our sneak peeks (almost 40 photos) 2 days after the wedding, and the full album of over 700 photos only 9 days after the wedding. Highly, highly, highly recommended! She is worth every penny.
