It is so sad that their service and quality have gone down in the past few years. Their packing used to be the best, but now they use the cheapest packing material. The print quality has also gone down. So sad, I can not use them any longer. I really loved them, and then they changed. I would have been happier if they raised the prices and kept the same service and quality.

BEWARE. This used to be a great company. For the past 2-3 years however they have fallen extremely far. The print quality is terrible compared to several years ago. If there is a problem with your order, they won't contact you. I assume they have absolutely no quality control person. Processing time is extremely long. It's really a shame considering how great they used to be. Time to find a new print company.
Plus side I guess, they are responsive to phone calls and very nice.

I am beyond disappointed- I have been a long time customer of Meridian Pro due to quality and fast turnaround. I placed an order for a triple standout gallery on October 1 and was charged immediately also instead of when it was shipped and I still have not received my order almost a month later.

I have emailed multiple times for status and hear nothing back and this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable- how can you not provide your customers with an update as a business?

We will never order from them again especially with all of the options out there - at this point I probably won’t even receive my order but of course they took our money right away.

I tried Meridian for the first time since it had been recommended to me by a colleague some years back. I am experiencing the same issues that some of the other recent reviewers have highlighted: Immediade charging of my credit cards, no confirmation email after my order, complete radio silence since then, and repeated emails with requests for an update remain unanswered. At this point, I need to advise against using their services, and will consider ways to recover my expenses from them.

I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of prints and UPS misdelivered my package. I have a Ring camera at my door and they said that it was dropped off at my front door, but no delivery showed on the video recording. I called Meridian Pro and they would not replace the lost photos. I could not file a claim with UPS because they said that Meridian Pro has released UPS from liability for the package.

I have used Meridian Pro for years. I only trust them with my, dear toy heart photos. The ones that are on my walls in my home. They look as good as the day they where hung. Now I am moving into the next chapter of my life. I will still only trust them with my up coming photos

Meridian used to be my go to lab for everything. They had a large variety of specialty items, low prices, fast turn around times, and the colors were always spot on. Everything has gone downhill in the last couple years and unfortunately this last order I placed will be my last, if they ever ship it. Between colors being inconsistent and taking forever to ship they are costing me more money to replace the orders through another lab than I am saving using them. My last order has one item in it and I have been waiting 2 weeks for it to ship. An item that a couple years ago I could have ordered and had in hand in the span of 3 days.

Not sure if you are still in business. Made an order in June and nothing. No one answers the phone or returns emails. No refund nothing. If you are still in business if you are not doing a very good job.
