My new favorite place to visit when I am unable to cook and need a quick meal. I feel a lot better purchasing this opposed to getting fast food. I recommend taking advantage of the free body scan, as it allows you to get a better understanding of what your body needs based on your personal goals. The meals are very feeling and tasty. Although I do wish the meals came with more vegetables, I enjoy them. The staff are really friendly and helpful !!

Picked up some meals today while I am in Houston for a work trip… already ate one and it was great! The team working here was very helpful and friendly and I got a big discount for my first order which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling who still wants to stay on track with their goals! These guys are Real ones!
While Houston was cancelled due to the Snow storm on 1/21/25 and every grocery store and restaurant were closed. MyFitFoods was thoughtful and caring of their clients base and opened where doors to make sure we staid fed. I spoke to the limited staff and they were there because they lived very close to the store and they wanted to be there. Much love MyFitFoods. Keep up the phenomenal community work you do!

I visited My Fit Foods today for the first time, and it was a great experience—way better than I expected. Nick was very helpful and explained everything, including how the service works. Long story short, the customer service was phenomenal, and the meals were even better. I will definitely be back within 24 to 48 hours.

It’s not bad and is one of the only options in Houston that seems to offer prepped meals tailored to fitness. My main complaint is they seem to be overly concerned with being creative and different with their meals and don’t include standard meals for tried and proven weight loss/bodybuilding such as just normal chicken and rice, ground beef and rice/sweet potatoes, ground turkey and any carb, etc. Plus almost every meal exceeds 15g of fat which adds unnecessary calories and reduces the portion size. No need to try completely reinvent the wheel.

Never had a problem with them until I ordered online … They left the order at the wrong door (didn’t even leave a picture to confirm the order) then when I called the store trying to figure out what happened Nicholas answered the phone, but the sense of urgency wasn’t there. He HUNG UP on my face and it was just a very unpleasant experience for me. They will definitely not be seeing me again!
I ended up finding my own order at someone else’s door.. My advice would be to order IN STORE.

Delicious food and makes portion control and takes the guesswork of choosing the right foods. Take advantage of their InBody scan to help you understand what you should be consuming. It’s also a great way to see your progress. everyone at this location is very friendly and so motivating.
