12/31/23 (NYE Paint and Sip) We had so much fun at this sip and paint! Our teacher Jenna was so sweet, patient, knowledgeable and talented. We definitely will be back and make this a more regular thing for our date night!

I love the manager. And always want to go in there when she is working. She is a great worker and we have great conversations. And she is good at her job. The other new workers kind of suck.They move slow. And this gir didnt help me send my package back at all. She helped a different person before me though interesting.

Really unpleasant experience. The person at the counter was very rude and unhelpful. It took her a long time to tell us that they had a queue until the end of the day. Who does that? She makes one feel like it is an inconvenience for her to have customers. Other employees may be helpful but she definitely was not.

Wow, this was a shocking reply to receive from any business. Unfortunately, I believe your employee. (if this is the manager writing) told you a fabricated version of events. My 20-year-old daughter was the only one who spoke in our interaction and was very polite. The only other customer in the store was very helpful, directing us to the public library to do our printing instead. We are supportive of local Northside business, but this experience was so unpleasant for us, we felt we needed to share. It was just a specific employee who we had trouble with, but if this reply is representative of the business as a whole, I suppose it is best to leave the comment up and take the time to tell the real story in response to such unprofessionalism. The reference to my “advanced age” was a bit below the belt.

I've been coming to the print shop forever. I've always gotten great service and everything I pick up from there is exactly what I ask for. Lauren is always great to interact with, is knowledgeable about her job and helpful if I have questions.

We showed up to paint a "Hogwart's Starry Night" with Jenna. We had a great time. Jenna was an excellent instructor. We will be back again.
