We visited to obtain passport photos for the advertised price of $10 for 2. The service was swift, taking only about 10 minutes. However, there was no touch-up, it was a straightforward point-and-shoot and print process. One advantage over Walgreens and other photo places is the light setup. However, we were asked to pay in cash, which included additional tax. The absence of a receipt raises questions about how the service is taxed when paid in cash. In hindsight, we should have requested a receipt for clarification.

Price have increased. Still prefer cash.
I had no issues with his service. We had to get 24 pictures for the 4 of us. I was wearing white shirt and he pass me a blue polo that I put on for the picture. Then he photoshopped all images(remove background). Had trouble(took the longest on photoshop) with my daughter blond hair. He printed the pictures. They look great. Nothing to complain. Took at least 20-30min after picture taken. There was other customer in the mix. All that with no reservation, just walk-in. Even wanted to give lollipops to the kids.

I also ask for receipt to see his reaction, he had big eyes 🤣 but I said I didn’t need one

Don’t go if you want VISA photos for specific country!!

We called this person before visiting and asked the price for digital copy for VISA. He mentioned that it is 16$. When we came here he was processing everything slowly and it took half an hour for us to get to the counter. After we reached the counter, he changed the price for digital copy to be 25$, and says he will not edit the aspect ratio. We asked for New Zealand VISA photo requirements, where they specifically don’t want white background, and he refused to change background. He kept saying NZ is the same as European VISA. This guy does not know ANYTHING about VISA photo
requirements.
Cannot rate lower than 1 star, otherwise I would have.

The owner was professional and helped me take my passport photo. He took a few pictures for me, and advised me to move my head in the best angle. It was the best passport photo I have taken in many years!

Seems prices are no longer competitive with UPS. Was quoted $40 per signature for notary public services; competitors offer $15.

We visited this place with an urgent need to print an important and sensitive document. Before printing, we explicitly asked if the PDF file containing sensitive information would be deleted after printing, to which the staff confirmed. However, upon payment, when we requested to pay by card instead of cash, the staff deleted the email containing the PDF but retained the sensitive document in the downloads folder. When we asked him to delete it, he responded rudely, saying, 'Do not sit on my head and tell me what to do.' This behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful towards customers. We left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.

The owner is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We needed to take our photos for Indian passport so that it can be accepted. He is quick to take and print the photos with a reasonable cost. We would recommend this place over Walgreens or CVS photos. He knows the photo requirements unlike other places we visited.
