Garrett and Kellie are absolutely amazing! They are a great team. We used them for our engagement and our wedding photos. They all turned out beautiful. Garrett is very responsive to his emails and will give you his honest opinion. Him and Kellie are on top of it all. We did a first look and they were great at coordinating us around the hotel so we didn't see each other in passing. They were very flexible with our timeframes and made sure we were able to get all the photos we wanted. The day goes so fast, and looking back at the pictures helps relive the day. We first met G during a destination planning trip to Colorado. We were living in Chicago and planning our wedding in Colorado, so we lined up a million venues, catering companies, DJ's and photographers to meet during our whirlwind planning trip. This was in 2005. It's safe to say we hit it off right away with G - which, after meeting a few other photographers - we knew the personal connection to your wedding photographer was gonna be super important. Not to mention it was a destination wedding so we needed reliable, confident, professional partners... we weren't there to manage or help the day to day details leading up to the wedding. For us it's was his chill demeanor, subtle humor and obvious passion for photography and our wedding that made it a VERY easy choice for us.
Our wedding day in 2006 was perfect. G perfectly managed our "first look" photos, a gondola ride to the top of Keystone, every imaginable photo combination, the reception, cake cutting, toasts and all the behind the scenes moments only the very best wedding photographer can capture. We both didn't know he was there capturing the moments, but also he was very much there to wrangle the troops and focus the wedding party . Not easy. For G it seemed effortless.
Next came 2009 when we were expecting twins. We took our babymoon back to Keystone where we got married 3 years earlier. A quick call to G to see if he could take our baby bump photos and he didn't hesitate for a minute. We swung through Denver for an afternoon and he captured the most beautiful and intimate photos during this incredibly exciting time as first time expecting parents of twins.
Enter 2013 - a family trip back to Colorado to escape the summer heat of Texas (where we moved right after our wedding). The mountains were calling, so we packed up the car and headed to Keystone and, of course, called G to see if he could catch up with some family photos and meet the girls!! This time G met us back in Keystone and let us play and pose around Keystone and Breck for some amazing mountain moments.
And here we are in 2020. Quick math - that's 15 years of a relationship with your wedding photographer. The pandemic hit, we all started working and "schooling" from home. The girls are in 5th grade and we're going stir crazy with zoom calls and e-learning and 2 working parents and a puppy.... so, we packed up our car to safety travel and socially distance for a 2 week breather in the mountains - our happy place. Again, a quick email to G and he says YUP! I'll meet you there. And, with that, we spent the most amazing afternoon with G, again capturing moments we never want to forget. In the midst of a global pandemic and no part of life that's "normal", we still got to imprint this time, in a place we all love, with a personal friend who's followed our journey since 2005. Thanks, G. You were our first pick then, and our first pick still. Thank you!

Investing in Garrett (Photography G) as our wedding photographer was hands down the best money we spent on the whole wedding! As promised, I barely noticed he was there during the event, but when we got the pictures back, we could see he had been everywhere! He was a fantastic coach for my now husband and me; he captured all of the important moments and then some. Even our "posed" pictures looked natural and candid. We felt so comfortable with Garrett and it showed. Our guests even commented on how great they thought he was! From the very start, I was convinced that Garrett is a professional. Wedding photography is not his hobby; he is a true artist with an eye and a vision. The way that he prints and displays the photos, which he'll detail and show you during your first visit with him, clearly demonstrates his commitment to his work as an art form. He takes the time to get to know you and what you want out of a photographer to make sure you're compatible. Garrett was able to bring out the best in everyone, from our littlest ring bearers to my 85 year-old grandma and everyone in between. We truly could not be happier with our choice to work with Garrett and his to work with us. Garrett won't just be our wedding photographer; we plan to make him our family photographer for baby portraits, anniversaries, and all the rest!

Since the wedding was at Red Rocks, we wanted to make sure that they captured the natural beauty of this place. We were not disappointed.
The venue was stunning and it showed in the photographs. It's amazing how Garrett and Kellie included so many unique moments. Our daughter and her husband felt so at ease throughout the day.
