My daughters friend left her stuff in a hotel. The hotel brought it here to send back but didn’t provide a zip code. So the shipping company called me to verify the address and get the zip. I never received the email with tracking and when it didn’t show up after a week I called them to find out where it was. It was delivered to the wrong town because the shipping company didn’t use the zip I provided. I had to track it down in the next town and pick it up. It sat on a stranger’s porch for 6 days. They called ups and asked them to come pick it up but ups never showed up, luckily. I wouldn’t recommend this company or ups.

I emailed documents to be printed off thinking this was the best way for them and me. I went into the store to say hey I sent you an email, please print them out. It was 8 black and white on standard paper and I was charge over $10.00. I have used UPS in the passed and have always emailed UPS to have my printing done but decided to go to a local owned business. When I got home I called to ask why I was charged so much for 8 black and white copies and I was told it was because I emailed them and while I waited for them to look at email and hit the button to print (which goes directly to their printer) they charged me $2.00 additional per sheet to this. UPS nor staples has never charged me once to email. I told them I would never use them because I felt this was wrong and instead of saying she was sorry, she hung up on me. I will never go back. Even at UPS they will print them off before you get there and will have it ready for you to pick up. I have used them twice now and its never printed off nor ready. I am sadden with this all for a local owned business. I never write a bad review, but hanging up even upset and sadden me more.

Brian was amazing! I went to a Walgreens to ship a package and they gave me the biggest fit of shipping my package out. So I came here and Brian printed my label and gave my box extra tape on it to be safe. I will always come here to ship my things when I’m town. Thank you Brian.

I walked in with arms full of packages and carrying a car seat, obviously overwhelmed. The staff quickly helped me unload, get everything sorted, and sweetly got me what I needed. I will definitely choose the Postal Annex next time - much more relaxing and enjoyable than the post office!

This is the best postal business by far in the Tulsa area... perhaps in the entire country ?!! They really care and have the best and nicest employees—thank you so very much from a highly satisfied customer going on eight years now!!! Truly a gem with that hard-to-find “mom and pop” atmosphere—they have been a lifesaver for me!!

I have been a happy customer of Postal Annex for nearly 15 years. I've used virtually all of their services, from having a mailbox to shipping and receiving packages. In all of that time, I have been impressed with their remarkable levels of customer service. Steve and his team are a wonderful bunch of people who truly care about the people they interact with. Twice they have gone out of their way, and outside normal levels of service to help me out when an urgent situation arose with regards to packages. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
