I recently visited this store to use DHL services, relying on positive reviews. However, my experience was disastrous. Despite paying a significant amount, my package was delayed, and the store's customer support was unhelpful.

The owner's initial friendly demeanor turned out to be deceiving. When issues arose, he became unresponsive and dishonest, citing fake emergencies while allegedly being on vacation in Nigeria. His lack of concern for the stress caused was appalling.

Do not trust the glowing reviews. If you need reliable DHL services, look elsewhere. This store's poor service and dishonesty will leave you frustrated and disappointed.

I walked into this store to send two items via FedEx. A man was standing at the counter looking at his phone and a woman was 10 feet away from me in the back of the room on a computer. I walked in and said "Hello." The man completely ignored me and the woman on the computer just sneered at me, saying nothing. The owner then came in and helped me but his workers really need to work on customer service. They could start with NOT IGNORING OR SNEERING AT PAYING CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY WALK IN...

Don’t go here, please just save yourself the time.. I paid $8.50 3 separate times to have important documents faxed here and the woman working there assured me multiple times she gave me the correct fax information. Come to find out she gave me the wrong fax number, made me waste $25 and 2 hours of my time. And not to mention she didn’t even look me in the eyes, apologize, or offer any sort of help the entire time I was there.. She literally watched me sit and wait for over a hour before I said anything and even then offered no help or even an apology… Didn’t even seem to care that she single-handedly wasted my time and my money. The young man seemed much more helpful and polite, but that woman gets a 0 star review from me, I wouldn’t hire her to clean gum off the streets after that.

Femi and team are awesome! I came to the store at.5pm on a Saturday and they were closed, Femi was sitting in his car getting ready to go.He recognized me and got out of his car, open the doors, signed on his computer, and accepted my package. Keep in mind the store closed at 4.30pm.

When you talk about excellent service you get exactly that at Post Net . THANK YOU, FEMI you are amazing!

I stop by here as much as possible as they are super friendly and I rarely have to wait. It's nice to have the personal service that seems to be missing from other postal (UPS/FedEx/USPS) stores. Not to mention they do printing and passport photos and offer mailboxes. All around a great place. Highly recommend.

Extremely overpriced. DHL doesn’t charge for shipping or printing. They do. Without updated signs, they charge you to print about 7 dollars for one page. Ridiculous. Never going back.

Great small business!! Went in for a passport photo, and the owner is awesome. Somehow he took care of 4 different customers all at the same time, and got us all taken care of in a matter of minutes. (He also made sure my passport photo was perfect.) You rock!!
