Allison was very helpful and kind during the planning process. She was also very patient when arriving on the wedding day to set up as some other vendors were late and she had to wait on them. 2 stars because I was disappointed with the overall look. We discussed color and the way it would be set up ahead of time. While I was confused about color the day of the wedding, the color did look great after set up. No complaints about that. Biggest complaint is that I sent a photo of a drawing I made indicating I wanted multiple curtains hung to look like they are touching and covering the entire length I requested. She said she could do it. But on my arrival to the event, it was not as expected. She said it was due to not having additional layer of crossbars. But she said she could hang them in a way to still give the same look. I trusted her with this, but as you can see it was not the same look. If she could hang 3 curtains to look like this, she should have been able to achieve the look I requested. After the wedding I asked her about this and she said she had ample material to give this look. I asked why it wasn’t done and she blamed it on me and my team when we asked about the color. We had a very big wedding in which, I couldn’t be present for the set up- she blamed me for not being there, although I gave her 2 contacts for help knowing I wouldn’t be available. Regardless of the color (which we concluded we were satisfied with), the amount of curtains should have been corrected to create the look we wanted and cover the feet told to her ahead of time. My biggest disappointment is that she didn’t care about my concerns after the wedding occurred. Pictures of my request sent to her long ahead of time and the end result attached.
