Not impressed with the school photos. In the past with other companies the school has hired "life touch" you are able to preview the photos to see if it is something you even want to commit to purchasing. When I called to see if there was a preview, I was told that I can drive to their location 30+ minutes from where I live to preview. To me I want to see what I am purchasing before making the commitment. So I bought 1 photo of each of my kids. I was told this would take 3-4 weeks before it will be sent to the school. Otherwise I was told it would be an additional $6 in shipping for (2) 5x7 photos.

Called ths morning with an issue. Kara was quick to answer all of my questions, helpful in working with me and very considerate. Thank you for such a good experience. With her attitude and dedication to assist, she deserves a raise!!! Thank you Kara!!!

Also, the pictures we received this year looked really great. Thank you again. Figured I would put this in here since you have a few complaints about bad pics. Those people must have some ugly kids as our kids pics were AWESOME!!!

My child had school pictures done by this company. They did not send an order form, they did not send me an example of the photo taken, and told me that I can order pictures over the phone. I called and spoke to someone who couldn’t care less that I was upset. Terrible customer service.

WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 500 STARS IF I COULD - SORRY THIS REVIEW IS LONG. I don't know what has happened. My child has had school photos taken by this group for 2 years now. The first year.... AMAZING! I could submit the photos to a modeling agency! I don't know WHAT has happened, but this year?! THIS YEAR?! I spent $38 for a stupid package BEFORE seeing the photos just to get the 8x10(as any other package isn't worth it, or buying them individually)... and my child has hair sticking up as if they were alfalfa. But like hey, things happen. I figured we 'll just do retakes. Get the retake photos... now my kid has an even worse photo as you can tell they forced them to smile VERY unnaturally and took the photo at an angle that makes you question everything you know about your kid ... all around terrible. The final straw was these "Spring pictures" that came in. Luckily, you can view the photos before purchase. NO ONE would purchase a photo of their child, in a weird pose with their hands on their hips looking intoxicated as they LITERALLY took the photo mid blink. How did these photos ever make it pass the 1.) photographer 2.) the editor 3.) whoever else processes them at RPG. Based on the other reviews, WHY do they still have contracts with the schools?! These are photos that some people cherish forever. I can take a better photo on my cell phone.

Would not recommend. Their website has no examples of previous work they’ve done. You have to purchase your pictures before you even get a chance to see the proofs. My child’s teeth were edited to look silver, and I’m not sure why. When I called today to get an ETA on the pictures, they had no idea. They say they don’t know because I purchased the package on line, and those are shipped directly from their land. The pictures were taken on October 19th. Coincidentally when I went to pick up my child from school the pictures were there. We done tons of photo shoots, personal, and school photos, and I’ve never seen anything like this. Between the editing and the turnaround time, if this company is chosen for the next school pictures, I will not be purchasing from this company.

My daughter came to take her Senior high school pictures today. She was nervous, but the photographer did a great job. He gave me a sneak peek of the amazing pictures he took. Thank you ! 👩‍🎓❤️

Would not recommend, especially for school photos. You have to purchase the pictures before you even get a chance to see the proofs, so not only do you know if the photos will turn out good or not, but you're taking a guess as to which background is going to look the best. We waited well over a month to get the photos and they're awful. They were taken from a weird angle from slightly above, so it looks like my kid is all scrunched up and looking upwards. The editing was also strange, with everything having a yellow tint to it. But they're already paid for, so there isn't much I can do about that. If they do school photos next year, I'll be sure to pass it up.

Disappointing and rude, bad policies. Asked to view a proof and was told “they don’t do that” The policy is to buy a photo and then they will refund you if you don’t like it. What a waste of time and resources.
