Received my daughter grad photos and they are low quality blurry photos with so much digital noise it is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, my daughter only gets to take her grad photo on stage one time!! And now the photographic memory of this occasion is ruined.

Furthermore, customer service at SCH is beyond ridiculous. I spoke with Carrie over a SCH and at one point I was called an angry customer for asking why they don't communicate when they knowingly made multiple errors on email correspondences or why they didn't answer the phone during business hours. That makes me angry I suppose. Holding a company that I paid money to accountable makes me an angry customer to SCH. People, you can find better service elsewhere.

The person, Lilly, that answers the phone always seems very unwilling to help (this is the 3rd time in 2-years I've had a call like this with Lilly). I went online and tried to look up NKCHS and couldn't find it in their system. Next, I called and asked when I would receive any information for Senior Pictures, she responded "I don't know". No joke -- "I don't know" -- no offer to look anything up or ask me for additional information. Just an abrupt, curt "I don't know". I asked if there is a time frame as the pictures had already been taken. She replied "2-weeks". I told her today is 2-weeks. She acted in a hurry and bothered by my call. She looked something up and said they are not ready. She did say I would get an email. She didn't confirm my email address or offer any further information. I felt like I did something wrong by calling with very basic questions. I wish NKCHS would use Reed Portrait Gallery (I have another student that attends Oak Park who uses them). They are always friendly and willing to help. This call made me feel like I was a pest or an idiot for asking a simple question.

This year the owner personally came back to our school to take our son's picture and make sure we had school pictures this year. I appreciate the extra effort to correct their mistakes.

Son took pictures with his school middle of August and didn’t receive the email to be able to order until middle September now it’s end of October and still have received pictures. They say the lady that handles that is not in at the moment and take my information and she never calls. Here it is 3 weeks later after I’ve called 6 times and still the lady that handle that is not in. So they take my information and let see if she calls tomorrow or I’m calling again. Usually if you pay for digital you get them right away. 3 months from picture the date the picture was taken on and still have receive no pictures. Be careful if you book them.

SCHOOLS NEED TO STOP USING THIS COMPANY FOR SCHOOL PHOTOS!! If your school is using them then they don't care about the parents that are spending the money on the pictures (currently very pissed at my daughter's school for switching from Lifetouch). All one star reviews are accurate and here are my issues...

1. If you don't order before picture day you get charged even more for your photos. Why?
2. Because they want you to preorder your photos (because as stated above, if you don't, you pay more) you just have to take a guess on what background will look nice with your Childs picture. I chose one that ended up looking horrible with my Childs photo so I had to call and get this fixed over the phone. They will be reprinting my photos with a different background but I still have a set of photos coming that were already printed that I don't like or even want. What a waste of resources!!
3. Apparently in the fall they only take childrens pictures whose parents preordered photos. Thank goodness I did preorder because i found out from my child's teacher that if you didn't they don't even take a photo of your child so you don't even get the option to order after the fact. You just don't get a fall picture of your child.
4. Further more, they don't inform parents of the fact that if you don't preorder your pictures you just don't get one at all. There are kids in my Childs class who came in after spring photos were taken so they just don't get a school photo this year!! So beyond wrong that you don't inform parents!!
5. From what I understand from speaking with someone who works for the company is that they offer the school different ordering options to pick from and my daughters school chose the "preorder" option. I have no idea what the other options are that they offer but the option to preorder only, simply just needs to be taken off as an option for schools to pick. It screws the parents over (because again, they don't tell you that if you don't preorder you will not have the option to do so later and your kid doesn't get there picture taken at all. So you're just screwed) and we are the ones spending the money on the pictures that are overpriced to begin with (I spent less with Lifetouch).

Just do better. We are all already getting screwed over in every which way as it is, don't do it with our kids school photos. We cherish these pictures and I'm tired of being so frustrated every time it comes to ordering photos from you guys.

Horrible customer service, horrible turnaround time for pictures, it’s been over a month since my daughters school has taken pictures and I still haven’t received anything I called and like others said, it was no point all they told me was the pictures were delayed, no estimated arrival date or anything.

Your paperwork does not list when the deadline is. I've been trying for 2 to 3 weeks to order pictures online yet your website keeps telling me you don't have it or you need a username/password. Now you wanna charge extra because your site isn't working properly. You know how important it is to parents to see how they are growing up over the years and yet you don't have an ounce of customer service in your company. My sons first year taking these so called professional pictures and I cant even order any because (1) your site doesn't work and (2) you don't care about your customer-expects an extra $10 from everyone when you can't even get your site working. I will never let you take my sons photo in the future-dont care if its through the school or not. Can't believe your still in business

We had school pictures taken on August 10. It’s now the end of October. And we still haven’t received them. This business has no idea what’s going on you’ll talk to one person one day and they’ll say it’s being delivered to the school on such and such day. That day passes by two weeks later we still don’t have it and then they tell us there’s a new day and they’re sending them out and so we should have them by no later than last Friday. Once again no pictures in hand. If I had a choice I would never use this company again.
