Fui a Shoppers 2dias seguidos por mi medicina y no me entregan alegando que mi Dra no contesta sus llamadas soy una paciente que tiene Fibromialgia y Artritis es necesario para mi por mis dolores e inflamación pésima atención que alguien tome las respectivas medidas?

If I could rate this Shoppers Drug Mart location with no stars, I would. I visited the store today with my daughter, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and ethics displayed. This is the first Shoppers in Windsor where I have encountered such poor service.

Upon entering the store around 7:30 PM, the beautician on duty did not acknowledge us. She was preoccupied with applying makeup to herself. Despite having questions, she did not look in our direction or offer assistance.

I was trying to find a concealer for my daughter and some acne products, which I usually purchase at the Tecumseh Mall location, where the staff is much more courteous. After spending 15-20 minutes in the store, the representative finally approached us. However, she rudely and loudly accused us of contaminating the products. I explained that we had tried to get help but found no one available. I have never experienced such behaviour at any other Shoppers location.

I left the store and took my business elsewhere. I urge the manager of this store to address this issue and ensure that staff are trained to be polite and respectful to customers. This is the second time I have encountered rudeness from this particular staff member at this location.

Went in at 8:45pm. 15 minutes before closing. I had read the flyer and was there for a specific 2 day deal they had. While searching the store I noticed the price tag on all the 2 day deals had been already taken off and it just showed the normal price. Even the sign had already been changed for the pop. When scanning the item I was there for, it rang up the sale price.

My issue is why are you removing sale prices before day's end? Why not do it after close or the next morning before open? People deserve to know the real prices of items without looking in the flyer even if it's close to closing time. I honestly can't comprehend why you would do this other than cost cutting.

Everything is good ?
Sometimes the pharmacy staff is very slow, and rude!
Only certain ones,
They have a lot of CO-OP students that need close training,
Store is very clean,
Cashier's are cheerful and friendly,
Cosmetic customer service is helpful and friendly
Some items are good ?
Some are way over priced!!
Everything is well stocked,
Pharmacist it's very knowledgeable and helpful when you ask questions about your medication some of them are very clueless and don't understand or don't know what you are talking about I see a lot of new people that need a lot of training and I hope the manager does see this situation and could train the ones that need it.
Other than that I love this store.

I'll grab a few grocery items from Shoppers here and there, but only when their weekly flyer is out. They have some pretty good sales when they're on, and they have decent prices on pop (sale or not) but I'd probably shop elsewhere if it's not on a day that their sales are on because.. well lets just say, some of the prices of things are not only marked up, they're astronomical. e.g. a box of kids dunkaroos-$9.99 ?like they can't be serious.. anyways, the staff is good and for the most part when their sale is on, the items that are marked down are decently priced.

This is the closest Shoppers location to me and I do business with them frequently, both for prescriptions and other necessities. I've always found the pharmacists warm and extremely helpful both for dispensing and for vaccinating. The pharmacy and store staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. The Canada Post staff have been equally wonderful. I do wish the location was open a little bit later, but that's a minuscule complaint.

Friendly staff, but unacceptable wait times at the pharmacy. They're quick to *fill* prescriptions, but you will wait forever in the checkout line to actually pick them up. Even when there are customers lined up halfway around the store, they refuse to have more than one window open for pickup, and the guy who works that one window is slow as molasses. Ridiculous!

My family has changed pharmacies. I had a prescription faxed by my doctors office. Went in the next day and had to wait because for some reason, it was put on hold. Never was given a reason why. Really poor customer service by pharmacy staff. Abrupt and rude. Serving customers must be a major inconvenience.
