HORRIBLE customer service! It’s like they don’t even want to be here. I did a lamination order of a banner. First they tried to say it was near impossible to laminate due to the size of the banner and then said it wouldn’t be ready till the next day. When I got there the next day to pick it up the banner was sitting around undone and they tried to tell me that they were so busy that they couldn’t even get to do it.

The tech over in lamination has an attitude like she doesn’t want to be there and the manager just basically made excuses to reinforce her attitude.

NEVER again will I be frequenting this establishment. They are good at wasting your time! Zero professionalism and I watched them turn more people away than actually help.

Waited for a technician at tech services. No one is there and there is no bell for service. After 10 minutes of waiting I called the store on my phone. After a lengthy time a young man answered and came over to talk with us. During our discussion he was chewing on a plastic floss pick and let us know the technician was off today but would get us his business card. After he left a clerk yelled over that there was no tech services today. The young man did not return with a business card and was working at cash register when we walked out.

The girl who works mornings at the Amazon return desk is an absolute delight. She makes running errands much less awful. She helps set the to tone for the whole store and I wish my coworkers were like her.

The clerk which we had at Staples on Wednesday evening, October 29, 2024, went above and beyond to work with us on purchasing a printer. We had no knowledge of what we wanted and he showed us several different printers and we did purcahse one that evening and so far we have been satisified with the printer and with the clerk who waited on us. I usually go to Best Buy but left there and went to Staples and he the clerk was much more knowledgable than the clerk at Best Buy. The one at Best Buy didn't even know what a Trac Phone was so we left the store and went to Staples and have been very pleased with the clerk, and the service.

Every time I go to a Staples I'm disappointed. Today I went to print one document. All for copiers had broken USB readers. I know this because four times I had to put in a credit card and pre-authorize the payment, only then to discover that the USB drive was broken and do it over again until there were no more copiers to try.

I visited the store last night and received the best customer service from Kelly and another gentleman. I called the store to explain my need, and Kelly answered. He encouraged me to bring in my notebook, and he would look at it. I then visited the store, which was fairly busy, and saw two gentlemen working. They were so pleasant! Kelly looked at my notebook, gave me suggestions, and fixed it within minutes! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and he was the best Staples employee I have encountered! If he isn't already, this guy should be a trainer or in a leadership position! Also, another guy was there, and I didn't catch his name, but he was very friendly and helpful. They were working their butts off and were still very friendly!
