I started at this gym over a month ago and I am blown away! I did Pam’s challenge for 21 days and the results have been amazing! The vibe, the energy and the people are amazing. Pam and Tara of burnout body are like the Jane Fonda’s of today for the woman who wants to be toned and strong! I am truly obsessed!

This is an amazing place! Always fun and challenging workouts, never the same so you'll never be bored, the place is super clean with showers and all! The amazing instructors are always looking out for you and motivating you. There are a lot of options. The 1 hour designed workouts (called racetrack) are divided into 5 sections (stations) and make the hour go by so fast as you just stay about 10-12 minutes on each they start every 15 minutes so you'll always have an opportunityto make it, such convenientflexibility!!! And there's the boxing class which is so much fun! Not to mention the super challenging barre / pilates style classes taught by Pam those are are killer (in the best way)!! Wow, those will make you burn every single muscle!! and It's been my happy place for over 7 years! 1000% recommended

The Fit Shop truly is the best gym on the planet. From an extensive array of classes, to the professional and supportive staff, to the well maintained facility, this gym has exceeded all my expectations. The variety of classes offered always keeps things fresh, exciting and challenging. Aside from fitness, they also offer wellness workshops, nutritional guidance and support, and curated fitness supplements. I recently completed a nutritional program that was led by one of Fit Shop's best coaches, Pam, and I have not felt better. The personal guidance and support received was exceptional and motivated me to stay on track to reach my personal goals. Thank you Fit Shop team for everything that you do!!!

There aren’t enough stars on here to rate the Fit Shop! Hands down best gym, community, coaches. I don’t like starting my day without going. You’re welcomed with smiles open arms and encouragement. You’re never late because classes are always starting every 15 minutes. They have changed my life, my body, my confidence. Kaisa, Pam and Jesse have created something so unique. I look forward to seeing them every day! Don’t skip out on this gym if you’re looking to start working out or trying something new. Pam’s classes are unlike anything I have ever done! Kaisa is always positive and welcoming and just a cool person I’m lucky to see everyday, plus her boxing class kicks a**! And Jesse will push you and show you what you are capable of- don’t miss his Saturday workouts ! Not to mention all the other nice people at this gym. Just amazing!

I LOVE The Fit Shop, I love waking up every morning to workout here, it feels like home. They have the best trainers, they will push you and motivate you! The workouts are never the same, so much equipment, you never get bored! The 21 day challenge with Pam will change your life. She will teach you what to eat, hiw to read labels and best of all, you will not feel like it's a "diet" because it's not, it's a lifestyle. I had sugar cravings before starting this and once I started they disappeared completely. I could not recommended enough!

I have been a client of this gym for the last 10 years!! I love the cleanliness of the gym!! The classes are AMAZING!! Always challenging and different!! Jess is an EXCELLENT trainer and very accommodating!! And the owner Kaisa always there to help you with ANYTHING you need! This is why is Calle the BEST GYM OF THE PLANET! Way to go FIT SHOP!!!

Best GYM on the planet.
For guys, highly recommend getting involved with the small group weight lifting with Jesse. He’s awesome!

For everyone else, Kaisa and Pam are both amazing, best strength and boxing classes in the world. Hands down! No exaggeration! This place makes everyone feel welcome and part of the family. Come at any level of your fitness journey and they will make sure your comfortable and working out at your pace.
