One of the best wedding venues in and around Kansas City! My son's wedding and reception were here last month and we could not have been happier with the venue or staff! Amy (owner) and her dad were complete rockstars on wedding day and did everything to Ensure the day was a success and things were running smooth!! I can't recommend this place enough to anyone seeking a venue. We had around 180 guests, catering, DJ, etc and it was perfect with plenty of room. Absolutely love this venue and it photographs soooooo well!!!!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Town Square in November 2021 and were BLOWN AWAY with how great the venue and staff were. We always wanted to get married at Town Square since it's in our hometown, but we still shopped around a lot to compare wedding venues in the KC area. After shopping around, we quickly discovered that the value Town Square offers is unmatched. They really are a one-stop shop for all things wedding-related.

The venue has an entire basement full of decor, glassware, linens, etc., which we got to look through and pick what we wanted, then they executed our vision perfectly on the wedding day. We brought in our own food, alcohol, cakes, and signs (which they were totally fine with), but they also offer those services. They did all of our floral arrangements, which were beautiful. They did all of the setup and cleanup, which is surprisingly hard to find in a wedding venue, it seems. They assisted with wedding planning for months in advance, and answered my ridiculous amounts of questions even though I lived out-of-state. They kept the wedding day on schedule and did small things that made a huge impact (i.e. made sure my husband and I's drinks were re-filled all night, fixed my veil right before walking down the aisle, helped my grandma on and off the elevator, etc.).

I definitely recommend Town Square, and can't thank them enough for making our special day so seamless!

Super cool venue! Wonderful upstairs area perfect for a small to medium size event, the reception area downstairs is awesome, and kind of gives the vibes of an old time saloon. I've been a photographer and DJ for over 35 years, and I've always appreciated event spaces that can accommodate both the service and the reception without forcing the guests to drive from one location to the other!

They came to us, since we couldn’t go to their event space in Paola. This is a one stop wedding event company. They handled everything...tables, chairs, tent, set up, food, cake, flowers, etc. And they did it flawlessly! Everyone we talked with was helpful and very professional. Highly recommend Town Square Event Design!

We had my son's wedding at Town Square yesterday. What a wonderful day! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. As others have said in reviews, this place is phenomenal. Until you have visited, it is hard to describe the atmosphere. It is so welcoming and comfortable from the minute you walk in, for both the bridal party and guests. So many of our guests complimented the beautiful space and raved about the wonderful food! They did everything for us - flowers, cake, food, decorations. Michelle and her staff went above and beyond to make the day about us and what we wanted. If you are looking for a wedding venue, you need not to look any further. This will definitely beat them all!!

We were one of the first weddings when they opened. I constantly tell people how wonderful it was and several acquaintances and close friends have also used them for a wedding. They were literally a one stop shop for us. We didn’t want to mess with a caterer, so we were so happy to find out that they make THE BEST food. Our meal was beef tenderloin or chicken with two varieties of fresh, delicious salads, pies as well as cake. Everyone fought over the last bite of their strawberry rhubarb pie! They also had a full basement of beautiful decor from rustic to elegant. I gave them some ideas that I wanted and they surprised me by making my ideas even better! They also made the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen (and it was mine) and their floral arrangements are superior to any floral arrangement from anywhere I’ve ordered. Their customer service is just wholesome and courteous. They thought of everything. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue (an historic one at that), lots of space, delicious food, centerpieces and other decor, a beautiful bridal room, a great area for portraits, then look here. Whether you want to be 100% in control or hands-off, this place is fantastic!
