This review comes after a month with no response from Lisa. Our school used Lisa for senior banners. The banners were wonderful. Pictures were great, quality was great! I purchased six of them.

However, the communication is unsatisfactory. Multiple people ordered 8x10 copies of their child’s banner. There’s a whole thread of the parents complaining that they hadn’t received their pictures and couldn’t get ahold of Lisa. Finally one of the dads took on the task of getting ahold of Lisa to get them 6 weeks after the delivery date she communicated.

Then I requested to buy digital copies of my twin’s banners which Lisa said she would send on 10/11/24. She never sent them. I’ve emailed multiple times kindly following up with Lisa which she has never responded. This is quite disheartening being an important milestone.

UPDATE:
Lisa finally responded on 12/8/24 with the requested images and apologized. However, I already missed the opportunity to use the images for senior night. Hopefully no other parent experiences this, and Lisa assures me this isn’t her standard practice. But despite that, this did transpire, and the 2025 senior parent’s experience was less than pleasant.

Working with Lisa at Tru Imagery was nothing short of a blessing!
