All I can say is frustrated! My Daughters School used them and the portraits she brought home yesterday, I was so upset. The fact the photographer passed them and thought "oh yeah these are nice" is beyond upsetting. The other issue is the prices, you want to charge for pictures like that I really hope her school does not use them for retakes. Her dress is messed up, her smile is fake, she looks scrunched up. I get it, you are dealing with a lot of kids and can only do so much, but dang to charge that amount for that quality, no way!!

Ok I’m here to talk about SEBASTIAN in Gilbert, AZ. Sebastian is a customer service chat agent. I could not for the life of me figure out my order and had so many questions (a million!) but it was through the chat so it was a long chat session. Sebastian was super helpful and never lost his patience with me and yes it’s his job but we all know all customer service isn’t good customer service just because it’s supposed to be. He never made me feel stupid, never tried to end the chat, and I kept coming back with questions and he kept being a professional and answered them, one after the other. I honestly was getting on my own nerves! I asked him at the end of the chat if there was any survey I could fill out because I appreciated him so much, and that is why I am here. No bosses…he didn’t ask me to fill one out, I asked him. People like Sebastian are an asset to any company. We often hear about the bad, so I wanted to take some time to follow through on some excellent customer service for once. Thanks Sebastian! You are an asset to United Portraits. Keep up the great work!

My daughter's shirt collar is folded out and her bangs are in her eyes. Are these not supposed to be professional? They overcharge, too, for not great photos. For example, $25 for 2 4x5 & 4 wallets & 9 smaller passport size photos. What?!! A 4x5 (not even a 5x7) with useless wallets? I can't believe they're in business. I'm not sure why the school decided to use this company, but I am stuck buying photos that aren't great. Also, when I go to order for both kids, the website doesn't allow for that. They make you create an account, and then won't give you an option to order for more than one kid. Annoyed in understatement.

My son’s school used them. They took 2 poses of my son and both look like they took the photo after the smile. So weird to not take multiple photos and try to get these kids to smile. At these prices at that!!!! I hope they don’t return to the school because these photos are bad and expensive for such terrible photos. I’d be asking for a refund for sure if I had paid up front.

Today I called and waited for an agent to answer, just for her to tell me that she will send me a link so that I can chat with somebody. She didn’t even bother to listen to my question. She was rude and didn’t even try to help. Spent over $170 for a dedication page and yearbook and I can’t get someone to answer my question. Poor customer service.

I selected package F for a cost of $17. Additionally, they charged me $7 for shipping per package (there were 4), and that was because the shipping was at a 50% discount (very expensive). My anger is; I paid for 4 shipments, and the 4 packages were sent in a single envelope. I hope my daughters' school does not hire them again. I agree to pay for shipping because they are late orders. But charging me for 4 shipments so that you can only send me my entire order in one shipment is not right. Thieves.

Parents don’t usually get to see the interactions between the photographers and their children. Today I was able to be there for my son’s photos. The photographer was an absolute angel. She was kind gentle and patient with my special needs child. I didn’t get her name but she definitely deserves to be acknowledged she was great !

We just ordered my brothers photos from United Portraits and they came out great!

We forgot to order them in time but we called and a super nice lady helped us view the photos online.

We couldn’t believe that they had photos from several years ago!

She helped us order photos from the past and even waived some of the late and shipping fees for us.

She told us it would be a few weeks before we got them but they came within a week!

It was perfect timing as our grandparents were just leaving and they were able to take them out of town with everyone.
